A compact printed band-notched UWB antenna using a slot-type CSRR has been proposed, and a constructed prototype having an UWB (2.7-13 GHz, VSWR Յ 2) operating bandwidth with a notched frequency band at 5.2 GHz/5.8 GHz has been fabricated and tested. The proposed antenna provides the characteristics of the low profile and cost, which enable the proposed antenna to UWB applications directly.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
