The gold‐yellow Ni 20 complex 1 of the unsubstituted 1,2,4,5‐tetradehydrobenzene C6H2 is surprisingly easily accessible. 1 can be synthesized from [NiCl2(PPh3)2] and 1,2‐dichloro‐4‐fluorobenzene in only four steps. The C6H2Ni2 moiety is planar, and the angles in the C6H2 ring are partly deformed (Cy = cyclohexyl).
