recovered grease is considerably lower than any others reported, in spite of the fact that any possible errors in these measurements were in the direction of high results.The latent heat of vaporization will, of course, vary with temperature. However, the temperature range over which it is practical to distill fatty acids and obtain good quality is rather limited, and it is felt that these results will cover most technical needs.
