ABSTRAK Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam kegiatan ini adalah : Melatih para pemuda menguasai teknik pemasaran melalui media sosial dan jaringan internet melui pembuatan konten yang menarik dengan sarana digital marketing agar dapat menghasilkan pendapatan yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian para pemuda anggota karang taruna Al Barkah, Kampung Cicayur, Desa Cicalengka, Kecamatan Pagedangan Kota Tangerang - Banten. Teknik pendekatan dilakukan dengan metode seminar dan simulasi secara lansung menggunakan perangkat computer dan gawai dari masing-masing peserta Dengan pengabdian ini dapat membuka wawasan para pemuda Karang Taruna Al Barkah, Kampung Cicayur, Desa Cicalengka, Kecamatan Pagedangan Kota Tangerang – Banten, untuk dapat mengembangkan diri melalui pelatihan digital marketing , untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan perekonomian dimasa yang akan datang. Along with the many types of bread that appear now, one of which is white bread. Companies are required to make bread products that can meet the wishes of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of product mix, promotion mix and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of Sari Roti products in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 consumers. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the product mix significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions by 30.3%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The promotion mix has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 41.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Brand image has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 26.8%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product mix, promotion mix, and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 49.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kemampuan Pemanfaatan Teknologi terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa Pada Kantor Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa sebesar 41,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,045 > 1,977). Kemampuan Pemanfaatan Teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa sebesar 42,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (10,285 > 1,977). Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Kemampuan Pemanfaatan Teknologi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Desa dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,025 + 0,391X1 + 0,461X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 57,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (94,626 > 2,670).

This study aims to determine the effect between liquidity and working capital turnover on profitability at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga. The method uses survey techniques and saturated sampling in the form of financial statements. The analytical tool used is descriptive and verification analysis with assumptions with statistical analysis in the form of regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. The results of the current ratio study have a significant effect on the determination of 32.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. Working capital turnover has a significant effect on return on assets, with a determination of 29.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05. The current ratio and Working capital turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on the return on assets with a determination of 49.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained ρ value 0,000 <0.05.
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Mitra 10 in Depok. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study product quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 41.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 42.7%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 52.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.
