Saran. Olahraga teratur dan terukur serta mengatur pola tidur yang disesuaikan dengan umur.
Degayu Village is one of the areas affected by tidal floods in North Pekalongan District. Most of the rice fields of the residents of Degayu Village are currently submerged by 1-1.5 meters of tidal water which has forced some residents to change their profession from farmers to fishermen, anglers, fishing net craftsmen, and so on. However, with their new jobs, many residents find it difficult to adapt, resulting in a decrease in family income. For this reason, the Kelurahan government is trying to take advantage of the rice fields that have been submerged in water to become a potential for boat tourism so that economic growth can improve again. The tours offered are boat tours along the water while enjoying the natural scenery of the north coast. However, the results of in-depth interviews with several informants as well as direct observation of the location found the following problems; there are no work safety standards or procedures for boat tourism, for example, there are no life jackets and personal protective equipment for boats passengers and drivers, there is no rescue team in the event of an accident, no first aid facilities are available, and there is no tourism awareness group that manages the tourism potential properly. Well, besides the potential for boat tourism, there are also many other potentials that can be maximized, such as floating culinary tours, water bikes, mangrove parks, and so on. For this reason, it is necessary to form a tourism awareness group that is trained in tourism management both from an economic and work safety perspective.
The increase in dengue cases continues to occur, especially during the rainy season. The Ministry of Health noted that in 2022, the cumulative number of Dengue cases in Indonesia up to the 22nd week was reported as 45,387 cases and the number of deaths due to DHF reached 432 cases. Bandengan Village is one of the DHF endemic areas, data obtained from the Dukuh Health Center shows the number of cases of DHF cases as many as 2 cases in July 2022, this figure is the highest number in the working area of the Dukuh Health Center. This is exacerbated by the existing problems in the Bandengan sub-district, including the lack of community participation in efforts to prevent DHF and monitoring of larvae has not been carried out routinely. Methods This community service activity uses an extension and FGD approach. The activity was carried out for 3 hours with 30 participants consisting of cadres, youth leaders, community leaders, RW heads. There was an increase in the knowledge of 27 socialization participants from the post-test results, as well as the formation of the TOT team and the jumantik monitoring and evaluation team at the RW level which will disseminate knowledge and skills in dengue prevention through the 1 house 1 jumantik movement (G1R1J).
Pekalongan City targets in 2019 all villages with ODF status, so that Pekalongan City can be achieved 100% of open defecation. This strategic step must continue to be pursued, considering that as of March 2019 there were still 14 villages that had not yet reached 100% ODF, namely: Kelurahan Tirto, Pringrejo, Pasirkratonkramat, Kalibaros, Setono, Gamer, Panjang Baru, Panjang Wetan, Padukuhan Kraton, Bandengan, Krapyak, Degayu, Jenggot and Sokoduwet (Dinas Kesehatan, 2019). BABS behavior and unreachable pillars of STBM have an impact on the high increase in cases of environmental-based diseases. The results of Restu Prasetyo, et al., 2017 in the Indonesian Population journal found that 1 in 25 children under five suffer from diarrhea each year. This research method uses qualitative design with in-depth interviews with key informants and triangulation totaling 28 people consisting of village heads and BABS actors at the research locus. Data collection is done by in-depth interviews and observations. Data processing uses the stages of reduction, narrative building and pattern matching. The results of the mapping of the causes of the problem of not achieving 100% ODF at 14 loci due to 4 aspects (environment, behavior, and health services), in addition the results of the study found two approaches to the acceleration of 100% ODF through behavioral engineerin g and the application of Tripikon WC in areas with tidal conditions. Conclusion 1. The causes of BABS (defecation) in Pekalongan City are three things seen from the environmental aspect (tidal conditions, settlements close to streams or rice fields / gardens), behavior (the perpetrators are not accustomed to using the family toilet) and also services health (there is still no massive BABS stop campaign, and there is no elaboration from other agencies related to the achievement of ODF in Pekalongan City), 2. Two models are formulated, namely the behavioral engineering model and Tripikon toilet to accelerate 100% ODF in Pekalongan City. Suggestions for adopting behavioral engineering models and the application of Tripikon WC in rob affected areas require close collaboration and synergy (Government, Community, Higher Education, and Private) to implement them.
