In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. The study population was employees in the Hj. Bunda Halimah Hospital Batam, which consists of doctors and health workers such as nurses, midwives and administrative staff. The sample is determined by the number of sample members (sample size) 55 people by proportional random sampling technique. 15 doctors and 40 health employees. This study is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely locus Of Control, Self Efficacy And Discipline Of Work, Job Satisfaction on Work Motivation of employees in the Hj. Bunda Halimah Hospital Batam. The instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results.
The success of the application of patient safety in hospitals, among others, is measured by how much the productivity of nurses in providing quality nursing care to patients and their families. Factors that influence patient safety: organization (safety culture), work environment, individual factors and citizenship behavior, work behavior, teamwork structure and (servant) leadership. In this regard, the purpose of this literature review study is to prove the influence of servant leadership, organizational safety culture and work environment on OCB in the application of patient safety with affective organizational commitment in hospital. This literature review is based on literature sources and related scientific research journals. The method used in this paper is to search from the EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar databases using keywords servant leadership, organizational safety culture, work environment, OCB, and patient safety. The study population was health workers in the hospital, which measures in the construction are 54 respondents, with a random sampling technique as the sample of the population. The data were analyzed using parametric and non-parametric statistics with SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square). The research proves that: Servant leaders and organizational safety culture that is applied, as well as a supportive work environment, have a positive influence on OCB in the application of patient safety in hospitals. Furthermore, it is expected that nurse managers will be able to implement servant leadership and safety culture as well as adequate work environment support so that OCB in implementing patient safety can run optimally, this can be assessed based on patient safety incidents and service quality as hospital brand equity.
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, personal value, and organizational commitment on the performance of millennial employees with motivation as an intervening variable on millennial employees of internet service provider companies in Batam. This type of research is associative causality. This research was conducted using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is three internet service provider companies domiciled in Batam Center. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The analysis was assisted with the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of millennial employees of internet service provider companies in Batam while personal value has no significant effect. transformational leadership has no significant effect on motivation, while personal values and organizational commitment have a significant effect on motivation. The transformational leadership, personal value, and organizational commitment indirectly have insignificant effect on the performance of millennial employees of internet service provider companies in Batam with motivation as an intervening variable. transformational leadership has no significant effect on motivation, while personal values and organizational commitment have a significant effect on motivation. This study uses a causal model survey method using path analysis techniques, based on the reasons this study aims to confirm the theoretical model with empirical data, the study population is employees of the Riau Islands Province Secretariat Public Relations Protocol Bureau, which consists of employees with a sample of 174 employees, because the population limited from all members of the sample population so this study uses saturated samples taken through census techniques using proportional random sampling when collecting technical data using variable measurements using a questionnaire instrument in which each employee is given five questionnaire instruments for the source of the measurement variables studied In addition to research instruments that use questionnaire, the instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and total statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign exchange standards. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the effect of competence on the work performance of employees of the Batam branch of the Indonesian classification Bureau, to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of the Batam branch of the Indonesian classification bureau, to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Batam branch of the Indonesian classification Bureau, to determine the effect of competence , Motivation and training on employee work performance of the Batam branch of the Indonesian classification bureau. The sample of the study amounted to 36 people, this study obtained the results Y = 7.582+ 0.036x1 + 0.414x2 + 0.293x3 + e. With a R2 value of 0.625 (62.5%). The competency variable has a positive and insignificant effect on work performance of 0.036, a significant level of 0.829 is greater than 0.05, the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the conclusion of the hypothesis is rejected, motivation has a significant effect on work performance by 0.414, the significant level is 0.001 less than 0.05. , the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the conclusion of the hypothesis is accepted. Training has a significant effect on work performance of 0.293 with a significant level of 0.033 smaller than 0.05 hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, the conclusion of the hypothesis is accepted. Competence, motivation and training have an effect on employee work performance. Simultaneous Test (F test) is 17.809 with a significant value of 0.000 where the value is less than 0.05. The hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
