This article is an educational computer game whose construction was motivated by the high number of requirements relating to rights that do not exist in the law, resulting in a high demand for unnecessary allocation of resources, from which we conclude the lack of rights and duties for the public servants of Sergipe. Presented as based on the fact of serious games are useful resource for the dissemination of knowledge, exploiting playfulness to pique the interest of users and facilitate the understanding of the issues addressed, including regulatory instructions, and andragogical context. Sees direct benefits to managers, civil servants, and indirectly to society.
