UMKM Cincai Cafe Batam merupakan salah satu bagian dari aktivitas usaha kecil yang berada di wilayah Kota Batam. Pengembangan kegiatan UMKM Cincai Cafe Batam diharapkan oleh pemerintah daerah Kota Batam mampu mempengaruhi nilai pertumbuhan ekonomi PDRB Kota Batam yang menurun akibat dampak pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan dari penyusunan artikel adalah untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan nilai ekonomi PDRB di Kota Batam melalui pengembangan terhadap UMKM Cincai Cafe Batam selama masa pandemi ini. Metode penyusunan artikel yang diketahui adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data sekunder berupa observasi dan sumber penelitian terdahulu, serta teknik pengolahan data dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penyusunan artikel menunjukkan adanya pengembangan mitra mempengaruhi signifikan positif terhadap nilai ekonomi PDRB di Kota Batam. Kesimpulan dari artikel adalah bahwa nilai pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional dan daerah menjadi tanggung jawab milik bersama. Berdasarkan penjelasan yang telah dituliskan, maka dapat diberikan beberapa saran diantaranya bagi mitra yaitu untuk selalu mengembangkan seluruh sistem manajemen operasionalnya meskipun telah berakhir menghadapi masa pandemi.

Food hygiene is one of the important factors in maintaining health, however food hygiene has not fully been implemented in the community. Therefore, Artificial Intelligence technology is presented in Society 5.0 to improve food safety and quality. This study aims to analyze opportunities for utilization of AI technology in the food sector. In conducting research ranging from problem identification, standard search, data collection, data analysis, to conclusions and suggestions. The results of the study obtained the magnitude of opportunities to utilize AI technology in the food sector. AI technology can improve the safety of food hygiene and facilitate monitoring of environmental hygiene, workers, or food itself.

GRDP plays an important role in the economic growth of a region. The high rate of GRDP can encourage regional growth and development. The growth of cities and their surrounding areas is closely linked to economic change, especially as it can create opportunities for more productive jobs that can contribute to attracting foreign trade and investment. The industrial sector is one of the largest contributors to GRDP in Bali after the trade sector and the banking sector and other financial institutions. The industrial sector is the largest employer of labor, with a positive growth rate every year, especially in 2019. This research used econometric model approach to co-integration and dynamic model approaches ECM (Error Correction Model) for methods of analysis.  The results of multiple linear regression to estimate ECM shows that domestic investment (PMDN) and foreign investment (PMA) have influences toward GDRP in industry. In the short-term and long-term shows that domestic and foreign variable have positive and significant effect on the value of GDRP along with all industry including small industry. The aim of this study is to explore new things, new ideas, hypotheses and analyze the importance of the role and development of small industries in increasing the GRDP of the City of Bali.
