The present study explains the different models of performance improvement based on the Human Performance Technology (HPT) model, which is a diagnostic and strategy tool to increase organizational effectiveness in the workplace. The conceptual elements are based on studies conducted by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Therefore, it is concluded that it is possible to know the fundamental characteristics of a model to improve organizational performance including the detection requirements of opportunity areas in an organization.
ResumenEl presente trabajo explica los diferentes modelos de mejora del desempeño tomando como base el modelo de la tecnología del desempeño humano (HPT) el cual es una herramienta de diagnóstico y estrategia para incrementar la efectividad organizacional en el sitio de trabajo. Los elementos conceptuales se basan en los estudios realizados por la Sociedad Internacional para la Mejora del Desempeño (ISPI). Con esta información se concluye que es posible conocer las características fundamentales de un modelo de mejora del desempeño organizacional cubriendo las necesidades de detección de áreas de oportunidad en una organización.
