DPP8-v3 is a novel human DPP8 transcript variant highly expressed in the adult testis. Similar to DPPIV, DPP8-v3 may play a key role in the immunoregulation of testes and accordingly may influence spermatogenesis and male fertility.
Nonwoven nanowire network fabrics of the material class La 1−x Sr x MnO 3 (LSMO) with x = 0.2 were fabricated employing a sol-gel-process via electrospinning and a subsequent thermal treatment process based on thermal gravity analysis results. Investigations by means of scanning electron microscopy revealed an average diameter of the resulting nanowires of around 230 nm and a length of more than 100 μm. The chemical phases of the samples have been confirmed via X-Ray diffraction. The nanowires are polycrystalline with an average grain size of about 25 nm obtained from transmission electron microscopy. Analyses of the electronic transportation properties and of the magnetoresistive (MR) effects of the nanowire samples were carried out by a four probe measurement inside a bath cryostat in fields up to 10 T. Measurements of magnetization in the temperature range 2 K < T < 350 K reveal the Curie temperature (325 K) and are compared to magnetic thermogravitmetric data. Magnetization loops M(H) at room temperature and 4.2 K were carried out revealing the soft magnetic character of the nanowires.
In recent years, the pitching sliding sleeve staged fracturing technology of open hole packer of horizontal well is widely used in shale gas, dense reservoirs, low permeable reservoirs and other exploration and development fields, and becomes the important means of present oil-gas field stimulation. But in the construction process of horizontal well fracturing, the abnormal condition that the sliding sleeve is not opened or is opened invisibly is occurred repeatedly, which has big impact on the fracturing construction. Based on fluid dynamics method and Finnie micro-cutting theory, this paper simulated the erosion wear rate of ball seat at the different fracturing segments. The results showed that: the construction displacement has big impact on the erosion wear, followed by the particle size of proppant and sand ratio, wherein the erosion wear is in inversely proportional to the particle size of proppant; and when multistage fracturing, the possibility that the sliding sleeve close to the toe end and heel happens erosion destruction is much less than that of sliding sleeve in the middle.
Statistical analysis of load spectrum is an important part on structural fatigue life and reliability research, it is generally considered that axle’s load spectrum follows Weibull distribution. This paper tested ZL50 loader’s loading history of different working conditions , and obtained the corresponding load spectrum by rain-flow counting method, then analyzed three distributions’ (normal distribution, lognormal distribution, Weibull distribution) fitting degree of load spectrum and effect on the fatigue reliability. Results show that the highest fitting degree of distribution function should be used to fit load spectrum, which can reduce the error in structural fatigue reliability prediction.
Though analysis of the blast wave changing law and the basic equation of blast wave overpressure functions in air, blast wave overpressure functions have been simplified. A simplified form of blast wave overpressure function is acquired, and experimental certificated. The results show that the simplified function curve correctly reflects the characteristics of the experimental curve. The blast wave created to simplify the function is reasonable.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
