This paper proposed a Mixed-Voltage Bidirectional (MVB) I/O IP core for an automotive Body Control Module (BCM) Soc. It is based on a conventional bidirectional 110 circuit, four configuration signals with a constraints module, and level shifters to transform I.SV core logic to 3.3V or 5V external logic are added. Data level shifter and input Schmitt trigger are modified to achieve low power strategy. With that strategy, this I/O could avoid any unnecessary power consumptions. This circuit will be fabricated under the TSMC automotive qualified O.ISfIm technology.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
