Las micro y pequeñas empresas a nivel nacional y mundial representan la gran mayoría de las unidades económicas y son consideradas el motor de desarrollo económico de nuestro país. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el conocimiento que tienen los directivos sobre las finanzas de las Mypes del municipio de Ixmiquilpan, con la finalidad dealinear los resultados con las estrategias que coadyuven el desarrollo y crecimiento de las mismas. En los resultados se aprecia el conocimiento y control que tiene el director con respecto a las finanzas de la empresa. AbstractMicro and small companies at a national and global level represent the vast majority of economic units and are considered the engine of economic development in our country. The objective of this research work is to analyze the knowledge that managers have about the finances of the Mypes of the municipality of Ixmiquilpan, with the purpose of aligning the results with the strategies that contribute to the development and growth of the same. The results show the knowledge and control that the director has regarding the company'sfinances.
