This paper studies a residual current monitoring system; PLC and PC select a combination of hardware, and to identify the specific method for AC and DC small signal data acquisition. On the software side, gives the effect of a schematic diagram of a data processing program, summed up the real-time data acquisition methods section. In the PLC control test procedures, test procedures were analyzed for comparison with the given process flow diagram of the main test and the numerical results, the present system reduces the complexity of the control to improve the automation of the detection process.
With consideration to the acid gas incinerator burned and the problems identified during its application, renovation program has been proposed. According to the new design, draught burners with automatic control system shall be used to eliminate problems encountered during application of original burner. In addition to implement automatic control of combustion processes, the new system may minimize labor intensity and enhance safety of facilities.
This paper studies the joint type palletizing robot arm, using MFC application platform designed a four-axis palletizing robot arm control software. Software in the paper we design has friendly interface, the operator through the input palletizing basic information, and then introduced with the steering gear control and DSP implementation of serial communication programming, and system hardware circuit was designed by palletizing robot arm control system simulation tests were conducted to verify system functions.
