Abslruct: Network losses are being considered in the Standard Market Design.The calculation of loss sensitivity that is based on the distributed generator slack is commonly used for economic dispatch in energy control center. In order to obtain the accurate locationbased marginal prices, an efficient and robust method to calculate loss sensitivity for an arbitrary slack within the real-time period (1-10 minutes) is needed in the realtime energy markets. This paper presents a fast and useful formula to calculate loss sensitivity for any slack bus. This formula is based on the results from the distributed slack without repeating the traditional power flow calculation. The loss sensitivity calculation is tested and verified.
With the development of smart grid, the key to solve the problem of intelligent development of rural grid is information integration. This paper proposes to make a Marketing-Distribution-Dispatching integrated System in rural grid with the data acquisition and analysis of the electric energy data acquisition system, dispatching and distribution integrated system and marketing system, by the use of information sharing and data exchange technology. This system which contains power grid operation and enterprise management will provide technical support for enhancing the leader's capacity of management and decision-making.
