A sustainable hydropower development was developed by using the information entropy and the Brusselator principle and was applied to the hydropower data of China. Macro social economic and ecological environmental viewpoints were taken into account. The entropy change of each subsystem in a calendar year is analyzed to evaluate Chinese sustainable development capacity. It is found that the established model can effectively reflect the actual changes of sustainable development levels through the entropy change reaction system. Meanwhile, this model can demonstrate clearly how those indicators impact on the sustainable hydropower development and fill the absence of existing studies on sustainable hydropower development.
In this report, based on superiority-analyzing preciple of dynamic systems and with the help of AHP, we analyze and study the development of strategic trend in Chinese energy system and the stratgegic position of each form of energy in.energy development. Through the consultation of many . energy experts who provide discussion and feedback information, we set a level structure on which, to base energy development : strategy, and.completely appraise every factor whith may effect energy development. Furthermore, we objectively analyze the source, strength and superiority of each kind of energy and their transformation conditions including mechanism. Finally, we present some indexes, which can be used to evaluate the strategic position of each kind of energy in energy development. On this basis and with the energy experts' consulation, we draw some conclusions which tught to guide China's energy strategy.
On the basis of the recognition that modern construction industry cluster in Shenyang has already been formed, the maturity evaluation indexing system of modern construction industry cluster is established to calculate its maturity in Shenyang. According to the measured results and criteria, the modern construction industry cluster in Shenyang is determined to be in its semi-mature stage. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of modern construction industry.
