This study aims to determine the perception of local athletes participating in the Samosir Ultra Marathon based on ambience, achievement, escape, satisfaction and behavioral intention after participating in the championship. The championships that are followed can determine the athlete's perception of participating in this event the following year and can promote friends and family to take part in this championship. The research method used is mixed methods with a sample of 87 local athletes determined by purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that Ambience gets a score of 885 with a percentage of 84.77%, achievement score 931 with a percentage of 89.18%, escape scores 1237 with a percentage of 88.86%, satisfaction score 548 with a percentage of 83.91% and Behavioral Intention score 606 with a percentage of 87.07%. According to them, the ambience and support from the spectators during the race was very good so that the athletes could achieve their goals by participating in the event. Athletes can also evaluate the results of the race well. All athletes can escape the routine of life and emotions for a while by participating in this event. They are also satisfied with their decision to participate in this event because it is only held once a year and is an international event. As many as 81.61% of the athletes said they wanted to participate in this event next year and wanted to recommend this championship to their friends and family. Ambience, achievement, and escape have a positive effect on satisfaction of athletes based on their experience in participating in this championship, so they want to participate in next year and sports management must maintain its quality in organizing marathon events and be managed properly.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan dan motivasi berolahraga terhadap peningkatan daya tahan MemberCelebrity Fitness. Di samping itu, penelitian juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kedua gaya mengajar tersebut. Gaya mengajar dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya mengajar metode latihan.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Celebrity fitnessla piazza tahun 2019. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan treatment by level 2x2 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang.Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) secara keseluruhan terdapat perbedaan antara metode latihan circuit training dengan senam erobic mix impact terhadap peningkatan daya tahan; (2) bagi siswa yang memiliki mtoivasi berolahraga tinggi, pemberian metode latihan circuit training memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode latihan senam aerobic mix impact(3) bagi member yang memiliki motivasi rendah, metode latihan senam aerobic mix impact memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode latihan circuit training. dan (4) terdapat interaksi antara metode latihan senam aerobic mix impact dengan peningkatan daya tahan tubuh.

The implementation of tourism promotion activities on a national and international scale and combined with sports activities (sport tourism) is one of the events organized by the North Sumatra Provincial government. Analysis of the potential of tourism and sports objects in North Sumatra Province needs to be carried out a thorough study and identify the weaknesses and strengths of the location of these tourism and sports objects. Evaluation research is used to find out what activities have been carried out according to the expected goals. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 17 people consisting of the responsible person, the chief executive and 15 participants. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, observation and document analysis. Based on the sub context program evaluation which includes three things namely: 1) Legal Basis and Government Policy; 2) Purpose; 3) Targets can be categorized as Good. Evaluation of the sub Input program includes four things, namely: 1) Participants, 2) Implementation, 3) Funding, and 4) Committees can be categorized as Good. the evaluation of the sub Process program includes two things, namely: 1) competition regulations and, 2) implementation can be categorized as Good. Evaluation of the sub Process program includes two things, namely: 1) The level of participation and public interest, and 2) The role of the media in the publication and promotion of sports to the public can be categorized as Good. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the sport tourism Triathlon program can increase public interest in participation, the economy and the number of tourists who come because it is supported by government policies.

The learning of playing approach is a model of phsycal learning activity as one of the appropriate method in which the active involemen of students in learning while playing. The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of playing learning approach on student result in sprint learning. This research used classroom action research. By using this method, the writer can explain the whole phenomenon that occured in the physical learning. The sample in this research were students of VII A SMPN 5 Cirebon as many as 40 students, but only 38 students attended. Based on the results of data processing and analysing, for student learning activities in a first cycle can be seen in the students presentage as active categories for 82.5%, and then in second cycle for 92.5% where as for student's sprint test result in the first cycle for 10,693 and in the second cycle for 9,399. So the conclusion of this research is the student participation in learning will increase and will have a better understanding and the teaching quality will be enhanced.
