In the History of Ancient leadership, the Old Testament is a collection of books containing narratives with the largest collection of leadership case studies ever written. The author observes the significance of biblical leadership found throughout scripture because it is rooted in the way God chose to work with mankind. However, the role of leadership is undeniably determining the welfare and glory of those they lead. In this study, the author tries to specifically examine Yusuf's leadership. A leadership pattern that is widely discussed because it is full of spiritual and moral dimensions. The purpose of this study is to provide a historical analysis of (1) Spirituality and morality in Yusuf's leadership. ( 2) Application of Joseph's Leadership Experience to the Church Today? The method used is descriptive analysis in the book of Genesis 37-50. The result of this research is that Yusuf's leadership can be a model as a good lesson not only for individuals in leadership positions but for all those who want to improve their character.

Poverty is a condition that is never wanted by anyone. The condition of a large or small city does not guarantee that there will be no poor family in that place. However, the most important of these is what can happen to a poor family. How about their families, especially children born to poor families. Children who cannot afford it will certainly find it difficult to get an education and even their family's economic capacity may not be able to fulfil the three main human needs properly. Therefore, humans as social creatures cannot be separated from other humans. So that there need to be efforts from other individuals to help each other and the Halfway House becomes a solution for children who come from poor families.AbstrakKemiskinan merupakan keadaan yang tidak pernah diinginkan oleh siapapun. Keadaan kota yang besar atau kecil tidak menjadi jaminan ditempat itu tidak terdapat keluarga yang tidak mampu. Namun, yang paling penting dari hal itu adalah apa yang dapat terjadi terhadap keluarga yang tidak mampu. Bagaimana keluarganya terkhusus anak-anak yang lahir dari keluarga yang tidak mampu. Anak-anak yang tidak mampu tentunya akan kesulitan untuk mendapatkan pendidikan bahkan kemampuan ekonomi kelaurga mereka belum tentu dapat memenuhi tiga kebutuhan pokok utama manusia dengan layak. Oleh karena itu manusia sebagai makhluk sosial tidak dapat lepas dari manusia lainnya. Sehingga perlu ada upaya dari individu lain untuk saling membantu dan Rumah Singgah menjadi salah satu solusi untuk anak-anak yang berasal dari keluarga yang tidak mampu.

As we know that humans have physical, mental and spiritual needs. All parts of this human need to be fulfilled. In an effort, LPPM Real Batam together with NGO Partners Cares for the Nation started a pilot project to provide health, food and clothing assistance to the poor in the city of Batam. The purpose of the activity is to provide counselling as well as education and assistance in the form of free food and medication. The implementation method for this community service program is counselling families and health checks from children to the elderly. From the results of the evaluation with the PKM team, this activity is very useful because, in addition to easing the burden on the poor, it also helps people who have problems with their health.AbstrakSebagaimana yang kita ketahui bahwa manusia mempunyai kebutuhan jasmani, jiwani dan rohani. Semua bagian dari manusia ini perlu dipenuhi. Dalam Upaya LPPM Real Batam bersama Mitra LSM Peduli bangsa memulai pilot-project untuk mberikan bantuan kesehatan, makanan dan pakaian kepada masyarakat miskin di kota Batam. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk memberikan penyuluhan serta edukasi dan bantuan berupa makanan dan pengobatan gratis. Metode pelaksanaan pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini, yaitu penyuluhan keluarga-keluarga dan pemeriksaan kesehatan dari mulai anak-anak sampai lansia. Dari hasil evaluasi dengan team PKM, kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat karena selain meringankan beban warga miskin , juga membantu mengatasi warga yang bermasalah dengan kesehatannya

Batam Center Ferry Port is the place where this social service activity is carried out. This port is a gateway for foreigners and Indonesian citizens to go to neighbouring countries. Therefore, the NGO PEDULI BANGSA is moved to help the government through community service activities in collaboration with the Indonesian Journalists Association and the Local Youth Association. The purpose of this service is to help the government to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak in the city of Batam. The forms and methods of the activities carried out are increasing public awareness about health by distributing free masks in the midst of the scarcity and high price of masks, then conducting counselling on how to use masks correctly. The result of this activity is an increase in public awareness about the importance of preventing the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak by wearing the right masks. AbstrakPelabuhan Ferry Batam Center merupakan tempat kegiatan bakti sosial ini dilaksanakan. Pelabuhan ini merupakan gerbang keluar masuk bagi WNA dan WNI menuju negara tetangga. Oleh karena itu, LSM PEDULI BANGSA tergerak untuk membantu pemerintah melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan bekerja sama dengan Persatuan Wartawan Indonesia dan Persatuan Pemuda Tempatan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membantu pemerintah untuk mencegah penyebaran wabah Covid-19 di kota Batam. Bentuk dan metode kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan dengan membagikan masker gratis di tengah-tengah kelangkaan dan mahalnya harga masker, kemudian melakukan penyuluhan cara menggunakan masker yang benar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya untuk mencegah penyebaran wabah Covid-19 dengan memakai masker yang benar.
