This study surveyed the satisfaction and attitudes of residents of Gombaeryong and Geumgangsonamoo eco-trails, which are implementing a restricted visiting system, and analyzed the factors that affect satisfaction. The main reason that local residents are satisfied with the restricted visiting system is the increased income from visitors. The residents' satisfaction at Gombaeryong was 2.86 points, which was significantly lower than the 3.94 points of those at Geumgangsonamoo. The main reason for dissatisfaction among the residents of Gombaeryong was the conflicts among the residents that occurred while the restricted visiting system was operating. We investigated the profit distribution equality problem as a cause of the conflict between the residents of Gombaeryong. community-related consciousness; resident participation and leadership-related problems were identified as potential conflict factors through comparison and analysis with Geumgangsonamoo.
