We address the problem of existence and uniqueness (finiteness) of ergodic equilibrium states for a natural class of partially hyperbolic dynamics homotopic to Anosov. We propose to study the disintegration of equilibrium states along central foliation as a tool to develop the theory of equilibrium states for partially hyperbolic dynamics.
This project has as main objective to propose an operating model based on knowledge management for administrative processes in educational institutions. With this in mind, a population consisting of six (6) people was taken that makes up the administrative staff of the study control department of the Haydeé Calles de Medina Educational Unit of the city of Coro in the state of Falcón. The data collection techniques will be based on direct observation and a questionnaire type survey, the methodology to be used is the one proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi, this proposal will seek to increase the quality and efficiency in the management of the services it performs, allowing the integration of the different processes and in general thereby changing the way in which the institution currently operates, helping in their productive activities, facilitating administrative management, reducing the time spent on procedures and consultations, as well as a higher quality in the services provided. For the achievement of the proposed objectives, 8 phases will be implemented that will allow progress with the object of study.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
