RESUMOPretende-se apresentar a alternativa de geração isolada e interligada de geradores de indução trifásicos e monofásicos, visando a aplicação no meio rural. Na operação isolada, é necessário que haja um banco de capacitores, para fornecimento de potência reativa para o gerador, quer seja este monofásico ou trifásico. Na operação interligada com a rede, este banco de capacitores não é mais necessário, uma vez que a potência reativa para o funcionamento da máquina assíncrona, a qual sempre consome potência reativa é suprida pela rede. A operação do gerador monofásico interligado com a rede é interessante, pois o meio rural, na maioria dos casos dispõe apenas de rede monofásica. No sistema isolado, com a utilização de geração trifásica, a metodologia de controle de tensão e frequência, empregando carga auxiliar lastro, será apresentada no trabalho.PALAVRA-CHAVE: Máquina de indução monofásica(MIM), máquina de indução trifásica (MIT), Operação isolada e interligada com a rede. ABSTRACTIt is intended to present the alternative of isolated and interconnected generation of three-phase and single-phase induction generators, aiming at the application in the rural environment. In isolated operation, it is necessary that there be a bank of capacitors, to supply reactive power to the generator, whether in both cases of this single-phase or three-phase application . In the interconnected operation with the network, this capacitor bank is no longer necessary, since the reactive power for the operation of the asynchronous machine, which always consumes reactive power is supplied by the network. The operation of the single-phase generator connected to the network is interesting, since the rural environment, in most cases only has a single-phase network. In the isolated system, with the use of three-phase generation, the methodology of voltage and frequency control, employing ballast auxiliary load, will be presented in the work.
