RESUMENLa CIE-10 y el DSM-IV presentan, con pocas diferencias, la misma clasificación para los trastornos psiquiátricos por consumo de sustancias. Como ambos instrumentos diagnósticos son meras estructuras, se intenta desarrollar su contenido para los trastornos psiquiátricos relacionados con el cánnabis. Se enfatiza el debate cánnabis-esquizofrenia.Palabras clave: cánnabis, psiquiatría, DSM-IV, CIE-10 ABSTRACT ICD-10 and DSM-IV present, with few differences, the same classification for substance abuse psychiatric disorders. Since both diagnostic instruments are merely structures, a temptative devolopment of content for cannabis-related psychiatric disorders is given. The cannabis-schizophrenia debate is emphasised.
