This study aims to develop a learning video about electric lighting installations for class XI students. The research method used is the development method, better known as the research and development (R&D) ADDIE model. This study consists of five steps, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation (evaluation). After testing media experts and material experts and being revised, then implemented in class XI TITL SMK Negeri 1, Tumpaan obtained learning outcomes with an average value of 81.6 in the "Very Good" category. Furthermore, the test results of the attractiveness of the learning video content show that the percentage of the average value of student responses is 91.35, with fascinating criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the video content of the electric lighting installation learning video is suitable for use. Abstrak– Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran tentang instalasi penerangan listrik siswa kelas XI jurusan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 1 Tumpaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan atau lebih dikenal dengan research and development (R&D) model ADDIE. Penelitian ini terdiri atas lima Langkah yaitu : (1) analisis (analyze), (2) perancangan (design), (3) pengembangan (development), (4) implementasi (implement), dan (5) evaluasi (evaluation). Setelah melalui proses uji ahli media, ahli materi dan di revisi kemudian implementasi di kelas XI TITL SMK Negeri 1 Tumpaan diperoleh hasil belajar dengan nilai rata-rata 81,6 dengan kategori Sangat Baik. Selanjutnya hasil uji kemenarikan konten video pembelajaran menunjukkan persentase dari nilai rata-rata respon peserta didik adalah sebesar 91,35 dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konten video pembelajaran instalasi penerangan listrik layak digunakan.
