Communication in medicine is considered a core skill of the doctor on the way to successful diagnosis and treatment, and establishing an adequate relationship with the patient. In a similar way, should take place and the communication process between physician-patient and nurse-patient, and between all actors of the medical team and patients. Good communication skills, patience and sensitivity to the problems of the patient are necessary to create mutual trust. It is important to be in communication with the patient never imposing your own views, even when we are deeply convinced that whatever we do, we do it for their own good. Communication in health care requires knowledge, competence and technical skills, including the need for continuing active learning and practicing communication skills of all members of the medical team, both doctors and nurses and other staff who work with patients.
U ovom članku autori razmatraju savremene koncepte, odlike i odluke menadžera novog stoleća. U radu je prikazan i analiziran značaj konkurentnosti i primena menadžmenta u kompanijama, značaj menadžmenta znanja u kompanijama, organizaciona kultura, organizacija koja uči, analiza okruženja, menadžment informacionih sistema i restrukturiranje srpskih kompanija. Ovaj rad pre svega ima za cilj da pokaže osnovna obeležja "novog menadžera u XXI veku", kako uspešni menadžer ne bi treabalo da troši svoje vreme već da unapredi svoju kompaniju u nastaloj situaciji. Bitno je istaći da je dobar čovek i dobar menadžer. Početkom XXI veka su se dogodile ogromne promene u Srbiji u poslovanju svih kompanija. Dogodile su se privatizacije preduzeća, nastanak novih kompanija sa stranim učešćem, dolazak stranih banaka i dr. Rad takođe obuhvata i novonastalu situaciju tj. svetsku ekonomsku krizu i stanje kompanija u njoj.
Značaj komunikacije u poslovnom bankarstvu gde će se na osnovu litetarure dati osnovna teorijska zapažanja i dosadašnje tvrdnje pojedinih autora.Interna i eksterna komunikacija u bankarstvu -autori će prikazati sličnosti i razlike između njih, kao i dati definiije i njihove korelacije.Deo rada bavi se bankarskim osobljem kao značajan vid komunikacije u relaciji korisnik-banka. Na kraju rada biće sprovedeno istraživanje kao i prikazani rezultati istog.
