The study is devoted to assessing the technical and technological sustainability of industrial production in the Russian Federation. The study proved that the basis of the Russian economy is industrial production, the results of which form the country’s gross domestic product, maintains socio-economic stability and provides the population with various consumer goods. At the same time, the analyzed indicators of output, depreciation and renewal of fixed assets and the level of innovative development of production capacities indicate a drop in the technical and technological stability of industrial production. The work proposed a structural-logical scheme for ensuring technological development and economic sustainability of industrial production, containing requirements for the development of indicators for determining sustainability and mechanisms for its achievement in the context of the implementation of different scenarios for the development of industrial production. In conclusion, the study presents the main findings and results of the work.
The article is devoted to the prospects for the development of alternative energy sources in the world energy. For this purpose, the article analyzes the modern generation structure in the developed EU countries. Based on this analysis, it was revealed that the share of renewable energy sources together with hydroelectric power plants is comparable to traditional sources of generation. In addition, the study outlines a trend in the development of the world energy sector, which is characterized by an increase in the use of alternative energy sources and a decrease in the use of hydrocarbon fuels. The paper considers the advantages of the development of alternative energy sources and the difficulties associated with their implementation.
In recent years, issues related to the protection of the environment and the preservation of the environment for future generations come to the fore. This issue is most relevant for industrial enterprises whose capacities were commissioned 40-50 years ago, while at the same time there was no qualitative and quantitative renewal of equipment for this period. The paper reviewed the indicators of emissions of pollutants by economic activity, as a result, it was concluded that about 26% of all emissions are generated as a result of the functioning of the fuel and energy complex. At the same time, the costs of environmental protection increase by the level of annual inflation and the volume of costs of environmental protection as a percentage of the gross domestic product of the country tends to fall. In the conditions of instability of the national economy and limited financial resources, the authors of the study proposed a mechanism for the formation of an environmental strategy for the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation, which is based on a tripartite interaction of state and regional authorities and energy companies.
The article examines the need for agriculture in the Russian Federation in the restructuring of the principles of reorganization of the breeding system on the example of dairy cattle breeding. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of the dairy farming industry in the region and propose directions for further development. Within the framework of the study, it is planned to solve the following tasks: - to analyze the situation in pedigree cattle breeding in the Russian Federation and to identify the main trends; - to determine the peculiarities of the state of breeding in the Samara region on the example of the “Kryazh” breeding plant; - to propose measures to improve breeding in dairy cattle breeding. The results of the study prove that the effectiveness of the Soviet breeding system (in terms of productivity) is very low, which indicates the need for its reorganization on the principles of independent breed associations. Many breeding farms are ineffective, the parameters stipulated by the legislation are violated. All this leads to a decrease in the rate of selection work in comparison with world analogues.
