Determinación analítica por exposición a cianuro libre en efluentes mineros, planta artesanal poderosa Ananea -Puno abstraCtThe objective of the research was to determine the exposition to free cyanide on mining effluents corresponding to the Craft Facility Poderosa Ananea, in Puno. In order to do these, we sampled effluents both in high and low rain periods, choosing four representative samples and establishing tree replies. The analytical determination of free cyanide was obtained using the silver nitrate method. It was observed that among the average values (0.13 and 0.14) of free cyanide (ppm) there were no significant (p<0.05) statistical differences, being those values superior to the maximum values allowed by current regulations. We concluded that the mining effluents were being poured with considerable expositions to free cyanide. Keywords: free cyanide, effluents, auriferous mining resumen El objetivo de la invesigación fue determinar la exposición a cianuro libre en efluentes mineros correspondientes a la Planta Artesanal Poderosa Ananea, Puno. Para ello, fueron muestreados efluentes tanto en perío-do de lluvia como poca lluvia, seleccionándose cuatro muestras representativas y estableciéndose tres réplicas. La determinación analítica de cianuro libre fue realizada mediante el método del nitrato de plata. Fue observado que entre los valores promedios (0.13 y 0.14) de cianuro libre (ppm), no se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas (p≤0.05), siendo los mismos superiores a los valores permisibles regulatorios. Se concluyó que los efluentes mineros están siendo vertidos ambientalmente con exposiciones significativas de cianuro libre.
