Sustainable entrepreneurship is a possible way to handle environmental degradation. The SMEs owner-managers' cognitive process is an important factor of sustainable entrepreneurship engagement. Unfortunately, there are scant intention-based studies. As such, this study examined the factors that influenced the propensity to sustainable entrepreneurship. A total of 404 SMEs were surveyed. The results revealed that attitudinal and perceptual factors positively and significantly influenced such propensity while normative factor was not playing a significant role. Thus, developing sufficient sustainability capabilities, establishing a positive or favorable sustainability attitude and creating attractive sustainable entrepreneurial practices should be emphasized in promoting sustainable entrepreneurship.
The study is conducted to identify the causal inferences -risk-taking propensity relationship towards entrepreneurial intention among millennials in Malacca and the relationship involves variables between attitude, perceived behavior control, subjective norm and risk-taking propensity towards entrepreneurial intention. The purpose of this research is to investigate entrepreneurial intention among millennials as part of the crucial element in our future human capital. It is important to develop youngster to become entrepreneur in order to deal with uncertainty global challenges. This study applies analysis using SPSS to a survey questionnaire of 196 respondent among millennials in Melaka, Malaysia. This study adopted Planned Behaviour Theory (TPB) as main underlying framework to further explained the variables involved.

The research is to identify the roles of self-efficacy that influence micro-entrepreneur's competency in Malaysia. This study investigates the relationship between marketing, innovation, management and risk-taking towards micro-entrepreneur's competency. Causal research and a non-probability sampling were applied, specifically judgmental purposive sampling. Primary data was collected through questionnaires that have been distributed among micro-entrepreneurs in Malaysia. 100 respondents were derived from this study by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Management and risk-taking were found to be significantly positive meanwhile marketing and innovation were found trivial for this study. This research sees the importance of emphasizing on the elements of management and risktaking in order to enhance the competency of micro-entrepreneur in Malaysia.
