Home visits as a strategy for health promotion by nursingVisitas domiciliarias de la enfermería como estrategia para la promoción de la salud RESUMO Objetivo: Analisar a visita domiciliar realizada pelos enfermeiros da Estratégia Saúde da Família como uma atividade de promoção da saúde. Métodos: Estudo exploratório/ descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa. Teve como sujeitos nove enfermeiras das Unidades Básicas de Saúde de Distritos Sanitários, em Maceió-AL. Os dados foram colhidos através de uma entrevista semiestruturada, nos meses de abril a agosto de 2012, e analisados por meio da análise de conteúdo e à luz do referencial teórico da Promoção da Saúde. Resultados: As enfermeiras reconhecem que a visita domiciliar pode ser uma forma de promover a saúde de indivíduos, famílias e comunidade, mas, no cotidiano, a ação continua focando na doença, com ações curativas, de caráter individual, que não leva em consideração o contexto social no qual o usuário e sua família estão inseridos. Conclusão: Considera-se que ainda é incipiente a utilização da visita domiciliar pelas enfermeiras da Estratégia Saúde da Família como uma atividade de promoção da saúde, pois, apesar de reconhecerem a necessidade de reversão do modelo assistencial, na prática, observa-se que o foco das visitas ainda está voltado para o modelo biologicista.
Goal: To describe care in nursing care for pregnant women with HIV. Methodology: It refers to the literature review, how to treat pregnant women with HIV/AIDS. The bibliographical survey was carried out in the months of April and May 2023, using Lilacs, Medline, Scielo and Google Scholar as a foundation of data, where complete works in Portuguese published between 2015 and 2022 were included. After the evaluation, the articles that fulfilled the criteria were identified. all inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: Most of the pregnant women newly diagnosed with the HIV virus were between 19 and 38 years old with incomplete 3rd year of schooling and higher education and were diagnosed with HIV after pregnancy, had prenatal care and used antiretroviral therapy. Conclusion: Prevention actions during pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium are the most important activities to reduce the risk of vertical transmission, thus, we can observe the importance of knowing the profile of pregnant women with HIV/AIDS so that the management and health services have actions aimed at this group according to the social context.
Parkinson's disease, depression, emotional problems, chronic alcoholism etc. But, Can the cellular phone irradiation be a cause of forgetfulness? This study was particularly designed to investigate the possibilities of association of the common symptom "forgetfulness" among the cellular phone users. The close proximity of the cellular phone to the head causes likely 40e60% energy emitted by the device to be absorbed in the brain. In this study 188 (77.7% male and 22.3% female) cellular phone users in Lucknow city of India were enquired about the association of forgetfulness. They were enquired about their general profile (age, sex etc.), calls detail and health (disease, smoker or non-smoker). The subjects belonged to 14e62 years age range (mean age 6 SD; 29.169.5). Study revealed that 12.7% (14) subjects were associated to forgetfulness symptom. The frequency of forgetfulness among high user (HU>500 h use in life) and low user (LU<500 h use in life) was found 2.1% and 10.6% respectively. In general it was found that the users, who held cellphone above the 4e5 years, were supplementary associated to the symptoms. This study supported by UP Council of Science and Technology, India.
