In critically ill patients, there is a relation between IAP values and the tolerance of EN. The baseline IAP with the APACHE II score can predict the tolerance of EN.

Fecal incontinence is common in patients with obesity. Stool consistency was significantly different in these patients. This study supports the possibility of improving incontinence during weight loss by modifying stool consistency.
