The development of multiple intelligences used to focus on kindergartens and elementary schools as educational experts and officials considered that the development of students' multiple intelligences should be cultivated from childhood and slowly promoted to other levels. Nevertheless, the framework of multiple intelligences should not be simply promoted in kindergartens and elementary schools, but was also suitable in high schools, universities, and even graduate schools or in-service training. Taking employees in Southern Taiwan Science Park as the research subjects, total 314 employees in high-tech industry are preceded the 16-week (3 h per week for total 48 h) experimental teaching research. The research results show that (1) teaching with multiple intelligences would affect learning motivation, (2) teaching with multiple intelligences would affect learning achievement, and (3) learning motivation reveals remarkably positive effects on learning achievement. According to the results to proposed discussions, it is expected to help high-tech industry, when developing human resource potential, effectively well-utilize people's gifted uniqueness
The approach to aging society in past years shows increasing medical equipment market with needs for health care that current health care industry is encountering the unprecedented dilemma. The fiercer competition has hospitals start to seek for the promotion of operating performance in order to create more profits. The partnership between hospitals and medical equipment stores provides more items for patients and the family members. Accordingly, the image and service quality of medical equipment industry are emphasized. Aiming at employees of medical equipment industry in Taichung City, total 360 copies are distributed for this study, and 251 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 70%. According to the research results, suggestions are proposed, expecting to provide suggestions and reference for introducing human resource organizations into medical equipment industry so that human resource departments could offer more customized service closer to organizational strategies.
The 21st century is a hundred-year century, when senior citizen related issues are derived along with enhancing life expectancy, declining concept of raising a child as the insurance for old age, and increasing index of aging. Aiming at the test for possible needs, national social policies and systems as well as relevant economic industries should make adjustment and innovation. People’s needs for health care used to be pure disease treatment and health acquisition. When the market system moved towards the trend of customer-oriented service, people did not simply ask for the enhancement of medical technology, but started to criticize the feelings in the medical process. It resulted in medical care institutions focusing on the quality of service. Service innovation is a critical factor for medical care institutions keeping the competitiveness and sustainable growth in the market. Aiming at senior citizens in Fujian Province, 480 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 351 valid copies are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 73% . The research results are summarized as below: “Service type” is the most emphasized dimension in Hierarchy II, followed by “service delivery”, “customer interface”, and “technology choice”, Among 12 indicators, top five indicators are ordered diversified service, service channel point, customer relationship management, business model, and customer participation. According to the results to propose suggestions, it is expected to benefit medical care institutions as well as enhance the health care quality of domestic medical market.
