Industri pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia terus berkembang, namun industri kesehatan memiliki tingkat ketahanan yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasikan hubungan antara pengalaman pasien digital, inovasi, dan kepuasan pasien pada fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan khusus gigi dan mulut di Jawa Barat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei kepada 100 pasien yang tersebar di Jawa Barat. Kemudian, data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dan regresi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kombinasi antara pengalaman digital pasien dan inovasi memiliki peran positif yang signifikan dalam mencapai kepuasan pasien. Terdapat pengaruh antara pengalaman digital pasien dengan kepuasan pasien, sedangkan tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pengalaman digital pasien dengan kepuasan pasien. Kebaruan didapat dengan menguji dan menganalisis hubungan inovasi, pengalaman pasien digital, kepuasan pasien tersebut dalam satu model, serta penggunaan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Jawa Barat sebagai unit analisis penelitian.
Purpose: Internet-based fundraising or commonly known as crowdfunding (CF) is currently a popular means for entrepreneurs to raise funds. The huge potential of the sharia economy encourages startup companies to establish sharia-based securities crowdfunding (SCF) companies. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of business strategies in order to achieve success in Islamic SCF companies in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach: This research employed a qualitative research design with a case study approach on the first sharia SCF company in Indonesia named Shafiq. The data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with the board of directors at Shafiq. Results: The research found that the success of Islamic SCF companies is triggered by the presence of teams, content, videos, platforms, use of social media, project quality, legality, business selection, and selection of sharia systems. In other words, this indicates that the factors of trust and security for both business actors and investors are the main factors that drive the success of sharia SCF companies. The novelty of this research is obtained by using a qualitative case study method to analyze the business strategy of Islamic securities crowdfunding, and there are no researchers who have investigated the strategy of Shafiq's company as the first sharia SCF company in Indonesia. Workload analysis is a human resource planning activity that aims to determine manpower needs in the organization. It means that the number of employees have to be adjusted to the existing workload, so that the employees’ work effectiveness can be implemented properly. The population were inpatient medical record data update staff, by using quote sampling technique from the workload of five (5) staffs of inpatient medical record data update. The type of research was descriptive with quantitative approach. The aims of the research were to discover the job descriptions of inpatient medical record data update, to find out the need of human resource in inpatient medical record data update, and to know the work effectiveness of inpatient medical record data update. The data were collected by using interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research were the number of data update files completed in 2019 amounted to 40,910 files out of 43,764 files, with five (5) staffs available. Based on the results of the research on human resource planning in inpatient medical record data update section using Work Indicator of Staffing Need (WISN) method, the result of calculation using the WISN method was 6.24 or 6 in decimal. Based on the calculation, it is advised that the hospital needs to consider adding one more staff in medical record data update section, so that the work effectiveness of the staff can be implemented properly.
This study aims to analyze the relationship of telemedicine innovation with inpatient satisfaction, using health care facilities in Bandung, West Java. This study uses a qualitative approach by using triangulation, so it involves three respondents, namely patients using telemedicine, prospective patients using telemedicine, and doctors in health care facilities, with a total of 9 informants. Data were collected utilizing semi-structured interviews. The results revealed that in previous studies clinical atmosphere, quality, cost, and communication were frequently used to assess patient satisfaction. Therefore, this study shows from another perspective and provides a lot of evidence with a high level of security, speed, up-to-date, credibility, and ease of processing are important factors that can also promote patient satisfaction. The novelty was obtained by analyzing patient satisfaction in dental and oral health facilities in Indonesia as a unit of research analysis that had never been done in previous studies.
This study aims at providing an understanding of the relationship between the digital experience of patients, innovation, and service quality to enhance patient loyalty to healthcare facilities in Indonesia. The data were then analyzed using the structural equation model. This study involved 214 patients at healthcare facilities in Indonesia, filling out questionnaires through an online survey. The data were analyzed using a structural equation model with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) for the measurement model analysis. The results indicated that patient loyalty could be influenced by healthcare facilities that simultaneously implemented innovation, patient digital experience, and service quality. The novelty of this study was obtained by testing and analyzing patient digital relationships, innovation, service quality, and patient loyalty in a model, and using healthcare facilities in Indonesia as a research analysis unit. Moreover, it was compared with the health and non-health industries in other countries.
