Dari hasil penelitian ini, manajer harus mengelola hulu dan hilir jaringan SC berdasarkan 4 pendekatan SCQM seperti fokus pemasok, integrasi rantai pasokan, fokus pelanggan, dan organisasi yang mendukung TI untuk mendapatkan kinerja operasional yang lebih baik.
