This study aims to identify limitations and pending problems after reviewing the overall policies and status of rural Newtown projects, and to seek solutions to its problems. This study targeted the villages of 5 districts, which were developed as rural new-towns after 2009 and included the basic status and progress of the pilot districts. This study conducted a literature review to examine the basic status and progress of the pilot districts, and based on this, analyzed the demand prediction, site selection, project implementation, and housing and amenity facilities of the pilot districts. The study methods included literature reviews, on-site surveys, interviews with village representatives, and consultations with experts.According to the analysis results, a low occupancy rate of the Newtown project districts is because the prediction of occupancy demand was incorrectly completed before implementing the projects. Also, the eligibility for occupancy, such as age restriction and mandatory farming was too strict. Other problems included an absence of income generation support policies for rural returnees, a housing supply policy in disregard of agricultural characteristics, and a lack of understanding of maintenance of communal space, etc.Keywords: rural newtown projects, rural revitalization, the villages of 5 districts, the demand prediction, Ⅰ. 서 론 2)
This study intended to change the environment of a classroom in the existing child care center by applying the home environmental characteristics. The progress of environmental improvement for this study was conducted throughout the three stages. First, analyze the problems of existing child care center, which reflect the environmental characteristics and user opinions of the environment. Second, based on the analysis of the problems of the existing classroom, the classroom is improved by applying the environmental characteristics of the home. Third, compare the effect of improving the environmental characteristics of the home. The results of the study are as follows. First, the classroom was surveyed with a long rectangular space structure and was examined as a wide area when compared with the legal standards of 4.32 m 2 per child. Second, the emphasis is to complement the defects of the spatial structure and seek changes to the comfort environment, such as the proper stimuli and alterations to the atmosphere. Third, the effectiveness of the environmental improvement was assessed by comparing the results before and after the improvement of the environment. In terms of child environmental demands, movement and movement have increased. integrated configurations of the activity areas showed increased functionality, and overall, it was evaluated as a whole in terms of the atmosphere and the placeness.
This study intended to establish a direction for the revitalization of youth culture centers by examining the current status of youth centers operated in Daejeon and how they have been used. Four youth centers in Daejeon were visited and a survey was conducted targeting 180 people using the centers. Frequency, Mean, and χ 2 analysis were performed by using SPSS statistics package, and major research outcomes are as follows; There were 6 youth culture centers in Daejeon and showed a lower construction rate of 7.4% on the basis of 81 up, myun and dong. Most youth centers were small, around 300-500 m 2 in total floor area, and accommodated 100-200 people, and the space comprised multipurpose hall, cafeteria, open space, club space, multimedia space, information service room, and guide booth. There were no sports spaces among the target facilities. So, it has created the need for physical activity space to promote health & development. Most users visited centers with their friends and simply to use the facilities, and the satisfaction with the facilities was relatively high at 4.32. The role of the local community and financial support of the government is required to activate the youth culture. Also, for the role of youth culture center, it was suggested that the youth culture center should develop program which corresponds with the level of the youth and boast the interest of the youth.
