Novel Radical Tandem 1,6-Enynes Thioacylation/Cyclization: Au-Pd Nanoparticles Catalysis versus Thermal Activation as a Function of the Substrate Specificity. -The thioacylation/cyclization in the presence of the nanosized catalyst alloy proceeds under mild conditions. Depending on the structure of the enyne it furnishes a mixture of monofunctionalized products and small amounts of dithioacylated products. The thermally activated reactions without catalyst proceed much faster with 100% conversion and moderate to good yields. The main product is thioacetylated at the original triple bond. -(NOTAR FRANCESCO, I.; GIAUFFRET, J.; FONTAINE-VIVE, F.; EDWARDS, J. K.; KIELY, C. J.; HUTCHINGS, G.
