The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in learning motivation and physics learning outcomes between male and female students of class X. This research is a comparative causal research which is an ex post facto research. The population of this research is all of the tenth grade high school students in Nangapanda District as many as 220 students. The sample was determined by proportional random sampling, amounting to 80 students. Data collected in this study are students' learning motivation obtained through the provision of a learning motivation questionnaire and physics learning achievement obtained through physics learning achievement tests in the form of multiple choice questions. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and ANAVA. As a follow-up to ANAVA, a Least Significant Difference (LSD) was used to test the comparison of the pairs of average scores for each gender group. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in learning motivation (F = 62,139; p <0.05) and physics learning achievement (F = 11,377; p <0.05) which are significant between female and male students. The purpose of this research is to find out the dominant learning style of students of Department of Mathematic Education University of Flores in understanding the function concept and also to find out the correlation between gender and learning style. Furthermore, to determine the effect of learning styles on the learning outcomes of function materials. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. The results of this research is the majority of students of of Department of Mathematic Education University of Flores have Social group learning styles with 43.21%. On the other hand, the majority of mathematics education students are women, but this does not affect the choice of learning styles. In this study, learning styles affect student learning outcomes on the understanding of the functions concept with an F count is 16.978 greater than F table = 3.96. This study aims to determine the direct effect of salary giving on the motivation and effectiveness of teacher learning in the learning process. The provision of salary is a form of gratitude for the hard work of the teachers in this case honorary staff who have dedicated themselves as teachers. With the provision of salary it will motivate the teacher in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The population in this study were teachers in Ende district who were included in the voluntary teacher category with salaries obtained based on committees and from school operational assistance or commonly referred to as BOS funds. The research method is a survey research with path analysis approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, which has been tested. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect on salary giving, and work motivation on teacher professionalism. For this reason, policies are needed to improve teacher professionalism, it is necessary to increase the provision of salaries and work motivation.
This study aims to determine the learning interest of students class VIII SMP Negeri Sokoria in learningmathematics during the covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Sources of data usedprimary and secondary. Procedures for collecting data by means of questionnaires and documentation.Researcher took students of class VIII-C SMP Negeri Sokoria, totaling 30 people as the subjet. Data analysis inthis study is descriptive with percentages presented in tabular form. The results of this study indicate that thepercentage of student interest in class VIII SMP Negeri Sokoria in learning mathematics during the covid-19pandemic is in the moderate category seen from the four indicators. The percentage of student interest in learningbased on the indicator of feeling happy to get a percentage of 65.33% with the medium category, the percentageof student interest in learning based on the indicator of interest getting a percentage of 64.40% with the mediumcategory, the percentage of student interest in learning based on the indicator of attention getting a percentageof 64.80% with the category medium, the percentage of student interest in learning based on indicators ofinvolvement obtained a percentage of 67.20% with the medium category.
