In modern conditions of development of public relations, the creation of objects of intellectual property rights by artificial intelligence is becoming more widespread. With this in mind, it is important to analyze the international legal experience of regulating the use of artificial intelligence as the author of intellectual property, to further borrow it for domestic laws, as well as to pay attention to problematic aspects of such regulation and make proposals to resolve inconsistencies. The study clarifies the international legal regulation of intellectual property rights created by artificial intelligence, as well as analyses the problematic issues of regulation of artificial intelligence by international law and the features of such regulation in Ukraine and presents positions on the development of artificial intelligence systems and prospects, as well as the prospects for its impact on world society.
From 1991 to 2019, the economy of Uzbekistan passed through the four stages. Each stage was characterized by certain demographic, economic, political, and other factors. These factors influence the formation of foreign labor migration at the macrolevel. The mentioned stages reflect (i) the transition from a planned to a market economy against the background of an increase in migration outflow for permanent residence in 1990-2000, (ii) acceleration of economic growth in 2000-2009 and the formation of "migrant networks" abroad, (iii) a period of slowdown in GDP growth in the absence of structural reforms to stimulate employment and investment in 2010-2015, which contributed to the active growth of labor migration, and (iv) a stage of new socioeconomic reforms and increased attention of the leadership of Uzbekistan to migration processes. This study takes into account these macroeconomic conditions, but focus is shifted to the reasons for the change in migration processes in terms of poorly understood sociocultural factors that affect foreign labor migration and reintegration of labor migrants in Uzbekistan. The article is based on reports from specialized studies of foreign labor migration and employment conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of Uzbekistan, publications of studies by international organizations, and data from indepth interviews with migrants and their families. The research revealed that under the influence of macroeconomic conditions, the change in the sociocultural context in 2006-2019 contributed to expansion of the geography of migration flows from Uzbekistan, the emergence of such phenomena as the "feminization" of migration and its "rejuvenation" against the background of certain elements of egalitarianism in an initially patriarchal society. Studying the sociocultural context made it possible to assess the degree of "success" of migration, in terms of remigration and the ability of migrants to reintegrate into society upon returning home. It has been determined that the microcommunity in Uzbekistan, as a donor country of labor resources, has both stimulating and constraining effects on the transformation of migration processes.
On the basis of economic and mathematical modeling, an initial assessment of the functioning reliability of an industrial enterprise management system is proposed. The reliability concept of the control system includes faultlessness, that is, timely error-free execution of management operations and the process correlation of untimely execution of technological operations is possible. It is believed that in the control system at each moment of time the input elements of the technology are performed independently of each other. Similarly, management operations are also performed independently of each other, and their failure to perform is accidental. Management operations are combined into separate groups of technology elements. It is believed that the errors correction occurs simultaneously with other management operations implementation and the corresponding elements functioning of management technology. There also were analyzed three main management models – target, functional, linear – which in practice are usually found as their synthesis.
The article analyzes the options for stamping a rod-type forging with a thickening in the molding stream on a horizontal forging machine. The method of forming the head in the punch and landing in the punch and in the matrix is considered. The most optimal technology for forming the "Shaft" forging head was selected, and the dimensions of the blank itself were selected and adjusted to better fill the die catch and prevent the material from flowing into the gap with the formation of a Burr.
