The paper discusses the most important trends and concepts of the modern stage of digitalization and end-to-end technologies offered by the program "Digital economy". The necessity of creating a digital sub-platform for regulation of agriculture as an important component of the modern digital economy is substantiated. The aim of the research is to develop a sub-platform model for regulating the digital economy of agriculture. According to the definition of the digital economy proposed in the work, it should be built as an innovationdiversifying, self-developing system. The concept of a subplatform for regulating the digital economy of agriculture should be formed on the basis of a system approach and have a hierarchical 5-level network structure. The possibility of realizing the structure using the mathematical apparatus of the Petri net theory is substantiated. It is established that the model design of the subplatform is the best way to improve the structure of production systems and technological processes, as well as to manage its structures.
The paper addresses up-to-date approaches to model design of manufacturing processes and production systems. In view of high complexity and labor intensity of designing manufacturing processes and production systems, it is quite expedient to use computer facilities. It is most appropriate to predict the results of designing manufacturing processes and production systems by means of simulation modeling. The stages of creating manufacturing process models, computer modeling and simulation modeling are described. The presentation of ongoing events with a full retention of their logical structures and time sequence takes place in simulation modeling of production systems or manufacturing processes. Simulation modeling makes it possible to determine the most accurate characteristics of manufacturing processes (technical performance, the time of processing and assembling, the use or load factors etc.). Some examples of practical application of models in design are given. It is revealed that model design is an optimal if not the only possible way for improving the structure of production systems and technological processes as well as for their control.
In this paper, issues related to the development of new risk assessment methods and their impact on social processes in conditions of the digital economy formation and development are studied. A generalized definition of the digital economy using a term innodiversification is proposed. The authors' classification of digital economy risks is demonstrated. A dynamic model of social risks in the digital economy is proposed. It has been found that social risks in the digital economy increasingly grow with each year. Research has shown that there is an urgent need to find a solution for the issue of skills mismatch in the labor market. It is necessary to increase the number of competitively strong workers with a great and permanently renewable stock of knowledge, skills and competences required for a given time. The above is impossible without involving the state agencies, education system, social actors and population in the implementation of said goal.
The paper is devoted to the analysis of the development of industrial production organizations, using focal points for the development and implementation of a production management strategy. It also solves the problems associated with the development of mathematical and algorithmic support for adaptive decision support systems in situational centres, taking into account expert options for institutional conditions in information systems for operational monitoring, situation analysis and assessment of production situations.
The paper outlines the results of the analysis made to study the possibilities of using digital technologies to estimate the effect of investments in the digitalisation of dairy subcomplex entities. A review of academic literature revealed an insufficient number of publications on the dairy subcomplex digitalisation. The technique used to estimate the index of dairy subcomplex entities engaged the principles for constructing composite information indicators recommended by the European Commission. The proposed approach connects the system of state programmes and the digitalisation level of the dairy subcomplex for the first time. Taking into account the industry specifics, an attempt has been made to integrally estimate the digitalisation in dairy cattle breeding. It is recommended to introduce two criteria to assess the informational support level of dairy cattle breeding entities: the share and the index of dairy cattle breeding digitalisation. The correlation between the digitalization index of dairy cattle breeding and the return on equity has been established. An author's technique has been developed for a preliminary estimation of the effect of investments in digitalisation. The proposed approach develops the existing methods for estimating the effectiveness of government programs and policies, taking into account the industry digitalisation.
