This study aims to know the shrimp marketing system of traditional ponds in Labuhan Alas Village, Alas District, Sumbawa District, margins of each shrimp marketing institution, shrimp marketing channel and to know efficiency of shrimp marketing in each marketing method in Labuhan Alas Village. , Alas Sub-District, Sumbawa District. The type of this study was descriptive study used quantitative and qualitative data. Data was collected through interviews. Analysis of the data used was descriptive statistics using the formula to calculate margins and the efficiency of each marketing agency and marketing channel. The result of study showed that shrimp marketing system in Labuhan Alas Village, Alas Sub-District, Sumbawa District consisted of two marketing channels, namely: (1) fisherman ? collector ? retailer, (2) fisherman ? collector ? distributor/agent trader ? retailer. In marketing channel I, collectors had margin of Rp. 6.300/Kg and it was the highest margin in this channel, while in retailers, it was Rp. 2.000/Kg. In Marketing Channel II, collectors had the highest margin of Rp. 6.3000/Kg, dealers/agents had margin of Rp. 6.000/Kg, then retailers had margin of Rp. 6.000/Kg. The most efficient marketing channel was marketing channel I with percentage of marketing efficiency of 5,73%, it was because there were few marketing institutions and the costs incurred in marketing channel I was smaller than other marketing channels with the highest share margin of 84,91%.
This study aims to determine the role of motivation in increasing employee productivity. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The number of informants in this study were 8 informants consisting of managers, supervisors, admins, salespeople, helpers, and drivers. The method used for data collection is by using observation, interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using the theory of Miles and Huberman which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the role of motivation to increase productivity carried out by the manager of PT. Central Distribution Main is not related to employee productivity, this can be seen from the way managers motivate employees but employee productivity remains stable because employee productivity is more towards meeting targets that must be met by employees but sales have decreased from the previous year due to the main factor, namely covid 19.
This study aims to know the strategy management of krabat funds in increasing farmers' income in Pernek Village, Moyo Hulu Sub-District. This study was qualitative. The methods used to collect data were through observations, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head Division of Economic Business Development and Inter-Village Cooperation of the Sumbawa District PMD office, Village Head of Pernek, the Manager of Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) of Pernek village, two customers whom received krabat fund. The type of data in this study was qualitative data, which was used as field data that seeks to see, to know and describe the reality. The results of study showed that the management of Krabat Fund of Sumbawa district in increasing farmers' income based on Regent Regulation No. 66 of 2019 and Standard Operational Procedures of Sahabat Fund Management had been done in Pernek Village but not yet maximized so that researchers formulated several new strategies that could be applied by Pernek BUMDes managers for sustainable management of Kerabat Fund namely: (a) building small banks at the village/district level (b) classifying non-performing loans (c) increasing cooperation with customers and the government (d) more detail in classifying communities into poor classification (f) increase the intensity of billing.
This study aims to analyze whether the cost of pesticides and fertilizer costs affect the income of farmers in Serading Village, Moyo Hilir District, Sumbawa Regency. Primary data from 84 samples of rice farmers in Serading Village during one growing season have been analyzed to answer the research objectives. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression with proposive sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the t-count for the cost of pesticides and fertilizer costs are as follows; (4.887; 0.938) while T table for n = 84 with a confidence level of 5% (? = 0.05) is 1.671 and F-count is 656.010 while F-table 5% (n-k) (k-1) or (0.05; 82.1) is 3.15 meaning Fcount > Ftable so that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, then the two explanatory variables together and significantly affect the variables described. Based on the results of the analysis that the labor cost variable has a significant positive effect up to a 5% confidence level on farmers' income in Serading Village, Moyo Hilir District, while the pesticide cost variable and fertilizer cost have a positive but not significant relationship in influencing farmers' income in Serading Village, Moyo Hilir District.
This study aims to know the contribution of the Village Fund in Rural Infrastructure Development in Pungkit Village, Moyo Utara Sub-District.This study was conducted at the Pungkit Village Office. The type of this study was descriptive quantitative. The data collection method used in this study were through documentation and literature study.The data analysis tool used in this study was the contribution analysis in which consisted of contribution formula and contribution analysis scale. The results of the study showed that the contribution of Village Fund to infrastructure development was categorized as very good.The average percentage of Village Fund contributions in rural infrastructure development in Pungkit Village, Moyo Utara Sub-District was 64.96%. This showed that the contribution of the Village Fund in infrastructure development in Pungkit Village, MoyoUtara District was classified as very good because the contribution analysis scale was more than 50%.
