At the moment, a new technique is often used in the technology of potato production and that is pre-treatment of seed material, which is done with the help of chemical, biological and physical methods in complex. Stimulation of plants in the initial period of the growing season requires a special approach. On the one hand, plants need nutrients and, on the other hand, they do not have a developed root system for their production. Therefore, foliar treatment of plants with protective stimulating preparations is an alternative to fertilizer application. Potassium mobilizing bacteria are able to mobilize potassium present in the soil in the root zone of plants. Liquid fertilizers based on humic acids are natural immunomodulators and stimulators of the formation, growth and development of plants, as well as antidepressants and complex nutrition additive. They are suitable for organic farming. Potato seedes were treated with hot fog of protective stimulants at temperatures from 40° C to 60° C immediately before planting. As a result of the studies, the effects of protective-stimulating preparations on plant biometry during the growing season (accumulation of aerial mass) and yield were studied. Hot fog treatment of potato seed tubers with POTASSIUM HUMATE and AZOTOVIT preparations showed the best dynamics of increasing the height of shoots of potato bushes, which exceeded the control by 5.3% and 8.2%. Pre-treatment of potato seed tubers with hot fog of protective-stimulating preparations is an effective method of increasing productivity and it contributes to better products.
Pre-plant treatment of barley seeds with hot mist of biopreparations has some protective effect against harmful microflora, improves the absorption of nutrients from the soil, and increases the physiological activity. For pre-plant treatment of barley seeds of “Creshendo” variety, hot mist of the following biopreparations was used: Baktofit, Potassium humate, Fitosporin M, Innopraktika complex. The evaluation of the influence of the treatment was carried out according to the elements of the structure of the yield of plant samples and the physical-chemical indicators of grain samples from experimental plots. The statistical assessment showed good reliability (coefficient of variation was about 10). The number of productive stems per 1 m2 was increased by the hot mist treatment with Innopraktika complex by 54.1 % and Fitosporin M by 31.0 % in comparison with the samples from the control plot. The weight of 1,000 grains exceeded by 5.9 % in samples treated with Potassium humate and by 4.6 % with Fitosporin M. The highest biological yield was achieved when hot mist treatment with Innopraktika complex (50.822 dt/ha) and Fitosporin M (43.17 dt/ha). In terms of physical-chemical indicators, the best values were obtained when treated with Fitosporin M and Potassium humate in comparison with control samples: an increase in the mass fraction of starch in grain was by 10.8 % and 5.1 %, respectively; crude protein increased by 5.4 % and 6.9 %; an increase in the exchange energy in both cases was by 0.8 %. The best effect of pre-plant treatment of barley seeds of “Creshendo” variety is achieved with the use of hot mist of biopreparations Fitosporin M and Innopraktika complex.
The article discusses the results of investigations carried out within the framework of the research project commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in 2020. In August 2019, a field experiment was laid for the disposal of straw of spring barley of Vladimir variety using a special machine for this, i.e. a unit for utilizing the non-grain part of the crop as a fertilizer. When disposing straw, it was processed with biopreparations-destructors: Agrinos-1 (2 l/ha), Sternifag SP (0.08 kg/ha), Biocomplex BTU (1 l/ha), humic product Ekorost (0.4 l/ha). The straw was crushed and embedded in the soil on the control plot without treatment with biological preparations. It was found that the process of straw decomposition is more intensive compared to that of 2018-2019 on average by 5 %. The variants with Agrinos 1 and Sternifag SP treatment showed better results and accelerated the degradation process by 20 % compared to the control. The biological productivity of spring oats of Skakun variety showed that all studied biological products had a positive effect on the increase in yield. The best indicators were achieved on the variants with Agrinos-1 and Sternifag SP equal to 48.9 dt/ha and 45.4 dt/ha, respectively (the control was 36.4 dt/ha).
