If the performance improves superior efficiency and the implications for competitive gain are addressed, ethically committed in the higher education service triangle sense can be met. The objective of this study was to investigate agreed ethics and to consider the comparative advantage of higher education in the service marketing triangle. The tool used is a descriptive and succinct survey method. The sample consists of 330 polytechnic students in West Java, calculated by the cluster proportional random sampling process. The research involves 330 students. The Partial Least Square (PLS) multivariate regression test was used for hypothesis testing. The data analysis was performed using both the SmartPLS 2.0 programs and the SPSS for Windows. The results show promising ethics in the sense of the service triangle and competitive advantage. Promising ethics can also be done in the context of the service marketing triangle if the success of higher education strengthens international collaboration, and the dedication to ethics can be optimally applied, and the results can be achieved for the competitive advantage of higher education. In the event of a coronavirus (covid-19) pandemic, those in need will be helped through a government aid program known as the Village Cash Direct Assistance beneficiary fund (abbreviated BLT). Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has spread to nearly every corner of the globe, citizens’ activities around the world have been hindered, especially those involving employment to support life’s basic needs. The local economy suffers as a result of people losing their jobs. They have no idea how they will pay for the necessities of life. So, in order to help the locals, the government set up a Village BLT fund support program. Limag Village is one of the settlements that plans to ask for help. When the final decision is made, the village head will choose from the list of households that fit the criteria. A decision support system is one option for achieving clear and exact findings based on the strategy utilized. For a ranking-based decision-support system, the VIKOR approach (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) is an excellent choice. In order to reduce the amount of time spent on guesswork when choosing which communities will benefit from BLT Desa money, this study aims to examine and quantify the results of decisions made using criteria that match those criteria. Sinergitas antar perguruan tinggi menjadi sebuah titik solusi bersama dalam mendorong para akademisi dalam mempublikasikan hasil riset para dosen/peneliti. Hal tersebut dapat terealisasi dengan saling berkomunikasi antar perguruan tinggi dengan mengadakan sebuah kegiatan. Kegiatan tersebut adalah pelaksanaan Workshop Nasional dengan Tema  tips & trik tembus jurnal terakreditasi sinta dan workshop penulisan jurnal internasional bereputasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui aplikasi zoom meting sehingga dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah mulai dari sabang sampai merauke. Hasil polling zoom dari jumlah total 122 peserta yang mengisi dengan satu item pertanyaan tentang kepuasan peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan kegiatan menunjukkan jawaban peserta yang mengisi pada item sangat puas porsentasenya 62% dengan jumlah responden 76, selanjutnya pada item puas porsentasenya 37% dengan jumlah responden yang menjawab 45, selanjutnya item kurang puas porsentasenya 1% dijawab 1 responden dan tidak puas porsentase yang menjawab 0% responden. Dampak dari kegiatan tersebut adalah setiap lembaga di perguruan tinggi dapat memberika workshop pelatihan jurnal dilingkungan perguruan tinggi masing-masing 0.
