<p>Changes of the microbiocenosis is a highly informative indicator of the body in general and dental system in particular. The factors leading to the violation of microflora, varied. There is information about its violation in various pathological conditions against the background of reduced immunobiological reactivity with accompanying diseases, including oral mucosa. We studied the microbiocenosis in patients with various diseases of oral mucosa. It is revealed, that on a background of growth of pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microflora to the etiological of significant digits is a reduction in the prevalence of normal. Successful elimination of dysbacteriosis in complex therapy of oral mucosa diseases may improve the results of treatment of the primary disease. </p>

<p>In recent years, much attention is paid to oral microbial landscape, which is violated in various pathological conditions. In the treatment of candidiasis not always take into account the sensitivity to antimycotics and background violations of the microflora that can lead to relapse. A sensitivity analysis fungus of the genus Candida to antimycotics has been conducted and study on the prevalence of clinically significant representatives of microflora of an oral cavity in candidiasis. It is revealed, those on a background of increase of fungi of the genus Candida to the etiology of significant digits in the composition of the microbiocenosis of the mucous membranes of the mouth is also increasing representatives of pathogenic flora and decrease the prevalence of normal microorganisms. The study showed the prevalence of different sensitivity of fungi of the genus Candida to applied antimycotics.</p>

<p> Most of the diseases mucous membranes of the mouth occur against a background of disorders of the nervous system. Anxiety disorders can complicate the course of dental pathology. For  the assessment of anxiety and depression survey patients were conducted by scale hospital anxiety and depression hads. The studies allowed us to describe the patients with oral mucous diseases as suffering from anxiety disorders. To reduce the symptoms of anxiety disorders and timely correction of identified violations of all patients was appointed anksiolitic, on a background of reception of which the questionnaire noted significant decrease of the level of alarm and depression.</p><p> </p>
