Cardiac arrest is an emergency condition that can be life-threatening and requires Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) treatment as soon as possible, so it is important to be able to perform CPR quickly and accurately. SMA N 1 Kuta and SMA N 1 Kuta Utara are located in Badung Regency, Bali Province. This activity aims to increase students' knowledge and skills in performing CPR quickly and precisely. The method used is using power point and phantom media, and an evaluation was carried out by giving a pre-test and post-test in the form of a questionnaire.  The activities were carried out face-to-face at SMA N 1 Kuta and SMA N 1 Kuta Utara. This activity involved 44 Red Cross Youth of SMA N 1 Kuta and 57 Red Cross Youth of SMA N 1 Kuta Utara. The results of this activity have a positive impact in increasing the knowledge and skills in performing CPR.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, several programs that were routinely carried out had to be stopped, one of which was the free medical treatment which was routinely carried out by the Selemadeg Timur I Public Health Center, Tabanan Regency, Bali. The cessation of free treatment at the Banjars in Selemadeg Timur sub-district, Tabanan Regency - Bali due to the Covid-19 pandemic has made people not carry out routine screening of their illnesses, especially hypertension. with hypertension. The aim is to provide knowledge to sufferers and families about handling hypertension at home. The activity was carried out through the provision of education in the form of providing leaflets about the management of hypertension with acupressure techniques and providing masks to prevent transmission of the corona virus-19 to 70 patriarchs located at Banjar Dinas Megati Kaja, Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia. The method used is through lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. The activity was carried out from 10 September - 12 September 2021. The entire Banjar Dinas Megati Kaja community accepted the assistance provided and the activity implementation ran smoothly. This study aims to determine the antioxidant potential of Balinese salak rind extract (Salacca amboinensis (Becc) Mogea) (BSRE) as an antihyperglycemic agent in male white mice with hyperglycemia. The research was conducted in three stages extraction of Balinese salak rind using 96% ethanol, phytochemical screening, and antihyperglycemic activity testing. Mice were hyperglycemia induced by alloxan. Mice were divided into five groups consisting of negative control (Aquadest), positive control (Glibenclamide 13 mg/Kg BW), dose 1 (200 mg BSRE/kg BW), dose 2 (400 mg BSRE/kg BW), dose 3 (600 mg BSRE/kg BW). Phytochemical screening showed that the BSRE was positive for containing alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and steroids. The analysis results on the BSRE showed an IC50 value of 81,76 ppm, including strong antioxidant activity. The activity of blood glucose levels showed that BSRE could decrease blood glucose levels of Mus musculus L. with hyperglycemia.

Abstrak Benign Paroxymal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) merupakan kondisi vertigo yang paling umum dimana penderita mengalami sensasi berputar, biasanya dipicu oleh perubahan spesifik pada posisi kepala. Laporan kasus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dari hasil anamnesis dan observasi terapi akupunktur pada seorang penderita Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. Seorang perempuan berusia 34 tahun mengeluh pusing berputar yang disertai dengan insomnia. Dari hasil observasi tanda-tanda vital dalam batas normal, diagnosa akupunktur sindrom diferensiasi Hiperaktivitas Yang Hati (Hyperactivity Liver Yang) dengan gejala pusing, insomnia, diagnosis lidah berwarna merah dengan lapisan berwarna kuning, diagnosis nadi wiry dan tingkat keparahan vertigo tinggi. Dilakukan akupunktur terapi pada titik GV20 (Baihui), GB20 (Fengchi), ST8 (Touwei), LR3 (Taichong), KI3 (Taixi), SP6 (Sanyinjiao) GB43 (Xiaxi), BL23 (Shenshu) dengan durasi 30 menit per sesi. Setelah 12 kali terapi (2 kali seminggu), menunjukkan adanya perbaikan kondisi  menunjukkan, nyeri kepala sudah tidak dirasakan lagi, rasa pusing berputar sudah sangat jarang terjadi, lidah berwarna merah muda dengan selaput lidah sedikit berwarna putih, nadi normal, insomnia sudah mulai berkurang dan tingkat keparahan vertigo rendah. Akupunktur dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai salah satu terapi non-farmakologis yang aman untuk penanganan gejala-gejala vertigo.  Kata Kunci: akupunktur, laporan kasus, observasi, vertigo

Akupunktur adalah suatu tindakan memasukan atau menyisipkan jarum ke dalam tubuh dan memberikan manipulasi pada titik-titik tertentu pada tubuh untuk mencapai tujuan terapeutik yang disebabkan oleh gangguan aliran qi yang mengakibatkan ketidakseimbangan kekuatan energi yin dan yang. Pelayanan akupunktur merupakan salah satu bentuk jasa pelayanan yang ditawarkan secara terorganisir untuk menciptakan kepuasan pada pelanggan. Kepuasan pasien timbul disebabkan oleh perasaan pasien yang merasa puas dengan kinerja layanan kesehatan yang diperolehnya setelah membandingkan dengan apa yang ia harap. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan terapi akupunktur pada Klinik Sudirman Medical Center (SMC) Denpasar.  Metode Penelitian Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan terapi akupunktur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner SERVQUAL. Analisa data menggunakan analisa data dekriptif dalam frekuensi dan persentase menggunakan spss 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasaan berdasarkan dimensi tengibles dan reliability memiliki tingkat kepuasan tertinggi yaitu 96.7%. Dimensi assurance dan emphaty sebesar 93.3% dan dimensi responsiveness sebesar 90%.  Kesimpulan pasien menyatakan sangat puas terhadap pelayanan akupuntur di Klinik Sudirman Medical Center Denpasar.
