The aim of this study is to examine the views of trainers and athletes regarding the professional ethical behaviors of volleyball trainers according to some variables and to compare the views. The data were collected from 317 volleyball coaches and 390 certified volleyball players in Turkey between February 22nd and September 5th 2021 via Google Form Portal and face to face. “Coaches’ Professional Ethics Behaviors Scale” developed by Kayır and Özbek (2019) was administered for the data collection purposes in this study, which used descriptive survey method. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H tests were used for the data analysis. The results showed that the participants’ scores were high for both overall scale and its dimensions. The significant difference between coaches and players was found only for “responsibility” dimension in favor of coaches. No significant difference was found for coaches’ gender, educational level, professional seniority and national team experience. However, there were significant differences according to coaches’ coaching level. As for the opinions of players, no difference was found in terms of their national team experience; however there were significant differences according to their gender, educational level and experience. As a result, it has been determined that volleyball coaches have high professional ethics behaviors.
