The aim of this article is to develop and implement scientific and methodological retraining and professional development of school teachers, teachers of vocational colleges and representatives of the production to the joint implementation of pupils' career guidance. The integrative approach is the basic approach of this problem studying. It involves the integration of education and production joint actions in optimizing pupils' career guidance which can help them to choose their future profession consciously. The paper presents the components, criteria, indicators and levels of subjects' integrated system of "education-production" readiness for the joint implementation of pupils' career guidance. The dynamics as a result of scientific and methodological support is shown here as well. This paper presents a practical value for educational institutions to plan and organize career guidance.
The article is aimed at the development of theoretical and applied model of career guidance work with pupils and vocational college students in the integrated system "school-college-enterprise". The integrative, competence and personality oriented approaches are the main approaches in researching this problem. They were directed at the organization of career guidance work with pupils and vocational college students in the integrated system. The theoretical and applied model of career guidance work with pupils and vocational college students in the integrated system "school-college-enterprise" presented in the article includes the following units: theoretical and methodological, functional and purpose oriented, substantial, technological, methodical and criteriaestimated. Materials of the article can be used by schools teachers and teachers of vocational educational institutions while planning career guidance work at the educational institutions.
The article is aimed at revealing pedagogical potential of an elective career guidance course to form pupils and students' professional self-determination in the integrated system "school-vocational college". The basic approach to research this problem is an integrative one that causes efficiency of pupils and students' career guidance work in dual integrated system. The content of career guidance course "Professional Career Planning" developed and presented in this article is aimed at pupils' professional self-determination formation, consciousness and steady interest in choosing future profession. As for vocational college students, the course is directed towards the students' choice of their own individual educational and career way, revealing their adaptation abilities to future professional activity. Materials of the article are of value for school and vocational college teachers while organizing and planning career guidance work at the educational institutions.
