Abstract. With the contradiction between construction design and natural environment has become increasingly fierce, the sustainable development theory has become inevitable trend of construction development on account of comparing now living needs and long-term survival needs. BIM technology think of standardization, integration, intellectualization as target, it can provide an accurate, efficient, integrated and intelligent design platform. So it break through the limitations of traditional design rule on expressive methods, fully expresses the designer's design concept, improves the investment benefit, realizes the goal of building energy efficiency, eventually, promotes sustainable development of construction design.
Abstract. The high-rise building structure have characteristics that multioperating mode, multivariate, multivariate, multiple constraints and multiobjective, and the characteristics of complex discrete have a great influence on structural strength and stiffness. So this paper built a comprehensive and practical objective function for optimization design of high-rise building structure. This function made the design not only meet the requirement of structure safety and good performance, but also should be make structure is reasonable and material consumption as low as possible to achieve optimal allocation of resources. On this basis, it used genetic algorithm by strict derivation to code variables, and then evolved until the objective function converged to complete the optimization design of strength and stiffness for high-rise building strength. The work put forward a method of quantitative mathematical description for structure optimization design, and has brought considerable economic benefits.
In recent years, the application of BIM technology for the AEC field in China is in the ascendant, the theory and application research continue to deepen, and the standard compilation work is carried out in an all-round way. Promoting the application of BIM has become the consensus and unified action of the government, industry and enterprises. The structure stability of the surrounding has been a practical problem in high-rise building concrete structure, and then conduct an analysis of the detailed model. The evolution process of design model has been clear through the analysis of the data model, at the same time, through the research of detailed the design process has established the model of business architecture, clear the orientation and function of the structure design BIM model. At the same time, the business structure of the model is established through the study of detailed design process, and the positioning and role of BIM model in detailed design of structure is clarified. On this basis, the detailed design software was developed combined with China’s reinforced concrete structure design standards and structure atlas.
