To date, various methods, including excision, electrodessication with curettage, dermabrasion, and resurfacing with a CO 2 laser alone or in combination with trichloroacetic acid, have been tried. Our patient was treated with a CO 2 laser, and the lesions remained clear, without any scarring, 8 months later.
