Botulinum-A toxin injection in children with non-neurogenic overactive detrusor is an excellent treatment adjunct, leading to long-term results in 70% after 1 injection.

In this group of children with OAB we noted favorable results with solifenacin with few side effects. Despite the uncontrolled, retrospective study design the effect is attributable to solifenacin intake.
