Japanese long-stay in Thailand has been increased according to economic agreements; meanwhile, there is no data in the official report to second-generation as Thai-Japanese multiracial groups in Thailand. These two groups could be related number of increases because of family relationship reasons. According to developed countries, dismissing this relationship impact could because of racism, nationality, and tourism development issues. This research aimed (1) to study the impact of Japanese long-stay in Thailand (2) to study the current situation from Japanese long-stay tourist and Thai-Japanese multiracial in Thailand (3) to explore the elements of development dimensions from Japanese long-stay tourist and Thai-Japanese multiracial. In-depth interview and Data triangulation were used to analyze the data of similarity and generation perspectives into the data-saturated interpretation. Bangkok (1st province choosing by Japanese) in addition to Japan Embassy Thailand 2018 from 4 Thai-Japanese interviewees, four people of multiracial person family (Japanese long stay or migrant: Japanese first generation) and four specialists with personal safety data in promise. The result showed the current situation of Japanese long-stay tourist and multicultural Thai-Japanese issues. Government image, Economic policy, Good educational system, and having a government long stay center which could develop to Thailand tourism. Multiracial issues could be prepared in legal multiracial nationality status, and support and encourage the education system to social units could decrease conflict situations. Lastly, an ability to hold two nationalities and passports, Family and relationship, and working environment and living freedom were the main decision making of multiracial Thai-Japanese to live in Thailand.
Identity value and nationality status are the sensitive issues which could lead to country problems. Also, Society awareness, racism, and discrimination to traveler, refugee, migrant, and multiracial are the major problems of international community. Mostly, there are few countries have revealed the data of this group in official report such as Thailand and Japan because of the complexity of national act ,policies and also the characteristic of society awareness meanwhile the number of people in this group tends to increase parallel with the number of long-stay tourist, refugee to international marriage. According to Tokyo Legal Affair Bureau is not allowed people to have dual nationality. The decision of their nationality will be forced indirect by law at age of 22 years old. According to Japan Times 2019 surveyed from 1,449 multiracial Japanese recipients in Japan, 76.8% refused to renounce citizenship, 76.8 using two passports, and 93.2% asking to change of nationality act. Objective - When a major problem in governance policies creates great difficulties for the development of the global community, this has an influence of society’s awareness of concepts such as racism, discrimination and conflict issues which have an impact on the decision making process of future generations of multiracial and foreigner migrants. Identity of nationality can also be used to explain changes in the structure of a county. This research aims to: (1) study the variables of nationality decision making factors among multiracial Thai-Japanese groups in Thailand; (2) categorize the factor extraction of Exploratory Factor Analysis on nationality decision making of multiracial Thai-Japanese groups in Thailand; and (3) explore the relationships between important factors of nationality decision making factor units among multiracial Thai-Japanese groups in Thailand. Methodology/Technique – There were 685 valid respondents obtained using an online purposive sampling questionnaire survey in acknowledgement of organizations (Bangkok, Chon Buri & Chiangmai). The results indicate there are 3 factors of Thailand and 4 factors of Japan categorized for nationality decision making using exploratory factor analysis. Furthermore, the significance of each factor of Thailand and Japan affects nationality decision making. Finding - As a result of the binary logistic regression analysis, social structure, individual stability and country structure developments were identified as having a primary role in nationality decision making (Thai/Japanese/ and not decided or dual nationality). Novelty - The results enable an understanding of the Thai and Japanese international community transformation and development from the perspective of nationality decision making. Nationality decision making could impact immensely to country structural, society issues, and future population. Exploring the factors and model prediction could dramatical give benefits to Thailand-Japan or as a reference to other countries toward possibility of multiracial nationality decision making, policy approach to future population and international labor management. The case study of Thai-Japanese multiracial nationality decision making could crucial explain to 4 scenarioses under developing and developed country status contexts. The objectives in this exploratory basic factors research are (1) To study the possibility factors of multiracial decision making (2) To adjust the factors impact on multiracial decision making into a model prediction (3) To assess a model in separation of developing and developed country context toward multiracial decision making. This research conduted N=685 of multinaitonality Thai-Japanese in Bangkok (Thailand) under criteria control throught statistic processes requirement, questionnaire survey conducted in purposive sampling via online at Bangkok as the biggest majority province of Japanese migrant in Thailand (Thailand-Japan embassy,2019). PLS-SEM was considered to assess a formative measurement from lower to higher order and mediation model of macro, meso, and micro levels by using SMART-PLS 3.0. The results indicate that Thailand macro level should concern about “Political and governance”, and “Hospital and wellness” factors, Japan macro level should consider to “Economic”, and “Working environment” factors. Also, Thailand meso level have more issue on development factors than Japan, afterward meso factor as an individual background and experience reports that education and passport competency support to multiracial nationality decision making to both Thailand and Japan. As a result, Thailand macro, meso, and micro structure presents to the unrelevance between macro, meso, and micro which causes to unsupport of nationality decision making meanwhile Japan has a potential to escalate a policy toward macro and meso in better positive way with a significant support between macro, meso, and micro structure both direct and indirect to multiracial natonality decision making.
The purpose of this research study was to analyze and examine the confirmatory factors in intrapreneurship of automatic identification technology suitable to cope with technology disruption in Thailand. The conceptual framework of the study, derived from the review of related literature, revealed the main factors in the aspects of human resources development and teamwork, leadership and followership, organizational culture, and learning organization. The sample group for the study comprised 420 representatives, including executive staff members in the position of department managers and professional-level employees selected by multiple-stage sampling method. The tool for data collection was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the IOC between 0.80-1.00, and SPSS Amos was used for the confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the confirmatory factor analysis asserted that the measurement model of human resources development and teamwork, leadership and followership, learning organization, and organizational culture, respectively, which were all consistent with the empirical data. The fit indices analysis results showed χ2 = 131.80, df = 125, P-value = 0.335, AGFI = 0.947, NFI = 0.980, IFI = 0.999, RMSEA = 0.011, SRMR = 0.009, CFI = 0.999, χ2 / df = 1.049. Based on the results of the research study, the factors examined can be used as a guideline for developing the intrapreneurship of employees in automatic identification technology businesses to embrace the changes and advance the organization to cope with the competitiveness in the future, as well as to come up with creative problem solutions in an effective fashion.
