Penjajahan memiliki dampak yang sangat kuat terhadap sistem pendidikan di Indonesia sehingga mendorong Ki Hajar Dewantara untuk melakukan langkah revolusioner untuk mengubahnya. Menurut pandangannya, sistem pendidikan Indonesia harus dibangun berdasarkan pada budaya nasional dan pengembangan karakter yang mendorong kesadaran siswa untuk memegang teguh falsafah hidup nasional. Sistem pendidikan yang mengedepankan among di antara guru dan siswa lebih cocok untuk diterapkan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Selain itu, Ki Hajar Dewantara juga menyusun tri pusat pendidikan dan trilogi kepemimpinan pendidikan. Trilogy kepemimpinan pendidikan yang dimaksud adalaj Ing Ngarsa Sun Tulada (di depan guru memberikan teladan), Ing Madya Mangun Karsa (di tengah guru menciptakan karsa dan ide), dan Tut Wuri Handayani (di belakang guru memberikan dorongan untuk maju). Apakah nilai-nilai tersebut relevan dengan kondisi pandemi covid-19? Artikel ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka untuk menunjukkan relevansi nilai-nilai Ki Hajar Dewantara di masa pademi. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Ki Hajar Dewantara masih relevan di masa pandemic covid-19. Berdasarkan konsep tri pusat pendidikan, para orang tua merupakan pengganti guru selama belajar di rumah. Selain itu, berdasarkan trilogi kepemimpinan pendidikan, para orang tua memiliki peran yang sama dengan guru di sekolah.
Indonesia well known as a nation that Cary on the head of polite and decent caharcter, especially in the use of language. Recently many cases were found that students are impolitely speaking, even bullying teachers. For this reason that embedding character of polite and decent language for early childhood is necessary. This study aims to identify the role of Akidah Akhlak teacher in embedding the character of polite and decent language for students’ year 1 at MIN 1 Bantul. The subject of this study is Akidah Akhlak, teacher of year 1 in MIN 1 Bantul. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data gathered through interviews and analyzed using qualitative analysis. Triangulate technic is used to validate the data and to recheck the result of the interview. This study showed that the role of Akidah Akhlak teacher is to give comprehension, become an example, and a role-model, doing observation and evaluation with the support from school stakeholders in embeeding polite and decent language through daily activities.
<em>This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk. This is a quantitative descriptive study using primary data by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk, located in the Pulo Gadung Industrial Estate, Jakarta, discussed on Jl. Goat Island II Kav.I-II.No.33. From a population of 1,500 employees, a total sample of 94 respondents was obtained using the Slovin formula. The technique used to take samples is the random sampling method and the type of data used is heterogeneous. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results show there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between competence and work environment on employee performance. Partially, competence has a significant influence on employee performance, as well as work environment variables.</em>
