The paper is devoted to the analysis of maritime transport logistics. The authors analyze the issues of optimizing the work of organizations of all activities. The purpose of the work is to systematize and develop the theoretical and practical basis of maritime transport logistics. The purpose of sea transportation, types of cargo, directions of transportation, subjects of sea transportation, structure of the fleet are analyzed. The main types of sea transport vessels and main ports are provided. Features of sea logistics and names of the most known companies of sea logistics are presented. The introduction highlighted the work of domestic and foreign scientists on logistics. The study used methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction and deduction. As a result, maritime transport currently provides 4/5 of the world's cargo. Maritime logistics, ie the organization and provision of sea freight, is a special intermediary transport service that facilitates the process of delivery of goods from producer to consumer, regardless of the distance between them. Transportation of products using ships has a number of advantages, due to which this type of delivery is one of the main, especially in the case of long-distance transportation.
An approach to the formation of an integrated system for evaluating the effectiveness of technical re-equipment of industrial enterprises, restructuring or reconstruction of its main production based on the implementation of innovation and investment projects through the use of generally accepted international methods of evaluating the effectiveness of projects in domestic conditions.The use of an integrated system for evaluating the effectiveness of innovation and investment processes in an industrial enterprise consists of the following stages: analysis of the existing situation, identification of possible directions of development, analysis of existing equipment, formation of many planned productions of innovative products, definition of project efficiency criteria. determination of the optimal load, the choice of advanced technology, the determination of the optimal capacity of the new technology, the choice of the optimal structure of the enterprise.
The paper is devoted to the analysis of currency services of the leading banks of Ukraine for seafarers. The authors analyzed currency transfers of various banks in Ukraine, banks that provide services to seafarers, banks that cooperate with crewing companies. Terms of currency transfers from and to Ukraine and abroad, conditions of receiving foreign currency funds in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Conditions for opening dollar and euro accounts in Ukrainian banks, opening card accounts, restrictions on withdrawing currency from Ukrainian accounts. Bank power of attorney is free of charge. Ability to withdraw cash abroad without commission. Convenient currency exchange, online payments in the Internet banking. Savings account with higher interest rates. They showed statistics on the volume of money transfers, the benefits of tariff packages for seafarers, the possible consequences for the client in the case of using payment cards. New banking accounts management philosophy that is developed for different needs of different clients: account with increased interest rate for the funds’ remaining balance, pension account for people receiving pension or social allowances, account for sailors as well as current and salary accounts. Features of lending to seafarers in Ukraine. Possible consequences for the client in the case of using consumer loans. Each seafarer prepares a package of documents before departure and provides it through the crewing of his employer. One of the most important, first of all, for the sailor is a scan of bank account details. How and in which bank to open a dollar or euro account for a Ukrainian sailor, so that there is less commission and account conditions. We took four banks, the services of which are most often used by sailors.

The new economy is a systemic phenomenon that is gradually formed within the post-industrial period of economic development through the introduction of scientific and technological progress and innovative management methods, intellectualization of human capital, the use of advanced technologies and scientific and economic sectors of the national economy. The new economy is formed on the basis of the intellectualization of production and all economic life. The purpose of the paper is the identification and study of the term “New Economy”, analysis of its advantages and disadvantages. Consideration of characteristics and priority directions in development, identification of the basis of the new economy. Describe the benefits of the new economy. Result. The main characteristics of the new economy are knowledge. They are considered as a productive factor and a strategic resource. In a “new economy” a product is produced, wealth is the result of the application of knowledge, which is both a resource used to create goods and services, and an element of infrastructure. The new economy is a systemic phenomenon that is gradually formed within the post-industrial period of economic development through the introduction of scientific and technological progress and innovative management methods, intellectualization of human capital, the use of advanced technologies and knowledge-intensive industries. Conclusion. The above features allow us to define the "New Economy" as a process of formation and development of the world economy, which is global in nature, subject to social progress and economic growth is achieved using a new factor of production – constantly updated knowledge (“knowledge economy”) includes the "knowledge economy" of its mechanism of knowledge production, infrastructure and resource potential.
Introduction. Competition – the struggle of independent economic entities for limited economic resources. It is an economic process of interaction, interconnection and struggle between the speakers in the market enterprises in order to provide better sales opportunities for their products, meeting all the needs of customers. In the world market there is constant fierce competition from producers. Successful performance in foreign markets requires a significant increase in the competitiveness of domestic goods. The purpose of the paper is to improve the system of research of factors influencing the development of enterprise competitiveness, to define the concept of «competition in the international market», to consider the definition of competitive advantages in the hotel business and highlight their features, to substantiate the need for long-term study of competitiveness factors. Results. At import use of competition of foreign sellers allows to reach more favourable conditions of purchases. But the concept of competition is so ambiguous that it is not covered by any universal definition. This is a way of farming, and a way of capital existence, when one capital competes with another capital. In recent years, the hotel industry is characterized by an increase in supply while reducing demand for hotel services, which leads to significant competition in the market of hotel services. Competition in the market of hotel goods and services is based on the development of equipment and technology of hotel services, its organization, the feasibility of investment. According to foreign research today, the hotel industry has reached a high level of the international market with high growth and strong competition. The paper presents the results of studying the factors influencing the development of competitive advantages of the hotel business, highlights the key parameters that demonstrates the potential of identifying their competitiveness in the current economic situation. Conclusion. In the context of this paper, the results of studying the factors influencing the development of competitive advantages of hotel business enterprises were presented, the key parameters demonstrating the potential of identifying their competitiveness in the current economic situation were highlighted. Methods of improving the system of research of factors influencing the development of enterprise competitiveness were presented, the concept of «competition in the international market» was defined, the definition of competitive advantages of the enterprise in the hotel business was considered and their features were highlighted. Thus, competition is a business process of interaction, interconnection and confrontation between enterprises in the market in order to provide better sales opportunities, to meet all the needs of users. The advantages of competition are, on the one hand, the impact of production and market relations, and on the other – an increase in STP.
