In 2020 coronavirus (covid-19) has shocked the world. This virus attacks the immunity of a person's body and the spread of this virus is very fast. The weakening of the Chinese economy due to the co-19 epidemic certainly had a significant impact on the world, because China is a country that is very influential in the world economy. Many various countries were affected by co-19, including Indonesia. This co-19 outbreak is one of the causes of the decline in people's economic capacity. Many companies suffered losses due to the impact of the covid-19 outbreak, the impact experienced one of them in the field of creative industries, many industries had to close because they were affected by the covid-19. One example of industries that are affected by covid-19 is the batik industry typical of Sumenep. In addition to industry, the tourism sector was affected, many tourist sites were closed due to the co-19 impact which did not allow the public to gather in many crowds. The government has made several efforts to reduce the spread of this epidemic by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions or commonly called PSBB in almost all areas according to government regulations. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative perspective method where this research was conducted with the aim of developing and improving Sumenep batik craftsmen during the covid-19 pandemic. The government has made several efforts to reduce the spread of this epidemic by implementing Large-Scale Social Restrictions or commonly called PSBB in almost all areas according to government regulations. The research method used in this study is to use a qualitative perspective method where this research was conducted with the aim of developing and improving Sumenep batik craftsmen during the covid-19 pandemic. In the current era of technology, it provides many impacts and innovations that can provide more effective solutions in various fields. With digital marketing as an alternative solution, digital marketing can now overcome problems such as lack of funds and limited promotions faced by medium to low-income businesses. The alternative solution is obtained with the current social media such as Twitter, Instagram, Website, and Facebook to create brand awareness, loyalty, sales, and engagement. So the purpose of this study is to find out the use of marketing strategies from several lower-middle businesses that have gone online and their implications for the competitive advantage of these lower-middle businesses. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods with causality analysis with a population of more than 21,000,000 consumers using a non-probability sampling technique using random sampling with a total sample of 2,100 respondents. So based on the research that has been done, it was found that in marketing products with a digital strategy, 78% of the results were obtained, with the remaining 22% being factors originating from other factors such as a supply of resources, capital, and managerial professionalism.

Multimedia is a trend that has become one of the pioneers in the development of information technology advances in the current decade. The purpose of this study is to analyze every change and the final impact of bandwidth usage on the quality of Video On Demand and TV Broadcast services. The types of multimedia services include entertainment services in the form of video streaming both with the "on demand" operating mode and the "live broadcast" operating mode. This includes VOD (Video On Demand) and IPTV (TV Broadcasting) as well as radio broadcast services that are captured and broadcast using IP networks. Changes in bandwidth utilization due to running this multimedia application in a network will be the basis for multimedia service users before implementing it in their intranet network. This study uses the method of literature study. Therefore, this research was conducted to find the best solution to create reliable quality Video On Demand and TV Broadcast services within the intranet network. The results of this study show that Video On Demand and TV Broadcast applications can obtain resource efficiency from the client side and from the server side.
